I bought washing machine from them on June 13th 2025. On November 16th it stopped working mid washing cycle, showing error E07. The purchase has warranty of 2 years. Tried calling them and emailing them for days - phone numbers not active, emails ignored. Do not buy anything from them!!!
I bought a dishwasher from them at the end of August since our old one decided to quit, they seemed nice and responded quickly. After the first one ended up being non-functional (few days after) they offered to replace it with another of our choice (of the same price, of course). We choose one which they claimed was an exposition model and indeed looked in better shape, but we saw that the cutlery basket was missing, which made it quite unusable.
They initially seemed to try to solve the issue but eventually just stopped answering emails or calls, clearly hoping we will drop the matter. Not happening of course.
We even went to their so-called shop, which ended up being just a dirty and semi-abandoned warehouse in a shady location. Nobody was there despite the place being open.
At this point, we decided to report the scam to the police but unless more people do that I doubt they'll take action.
