I have ordered from megatan a number of times over the years, always been a good price for a reliable product. I'm not sure if they have been taken over by somebody else as I have recently placed an order when they were advertising that you would receive a free bottle of mt2 when spending £20 or more, which I did. I did receive my one bottle but the second bottle was not in the package. I emailed and messaged them on the website a number of times but as other comments say, to no reply. Funny how I still receive marketing emails asking me to buy more, but they can't take the time to reply to me. Won't be using these again.

I was ment to recieve a free mgt 20mg vial with my purchase but I didn't and I've sent numerous emails regarding this and heard nothing so I am very disappointed and angry about this
They have also changed there bank details 3 times in just a few weeks so theres something going on, SCAM.

Very irritating to place and pay for an order and receive absolutely no response for info about it yet get bombarded with marketing emails all the time. Waste of money clearly and will not use this ‘company’ again

Placed an order on 15th February, nothing received, no replies, complete ignorance. Been using this company for couple years, never had an issue before. Money down the drain, will never order again.

I have been a loyal customer here for years now, but I placed an order in March and sent money over and still nothing!
I have tried to get in contact via email and message on my account but had no response- yet I have still been getting emails about offers etc!!

I loved this website and had full trust in it, it’s such a shame it’s turned into this now!

I have been using megatan for years I was dubious after reading recent reviews but decided to trust as never had a issue before , and I was good to I had my order within a few days and was updated on dispatch. Thank you can’t wait to be brown again

Didn't deliver my order, didn't reply to my emails, has taken my money and given me nothing!!

Outrageous company. Yet again waiting over a month for my order, have tried contacting them on approximately 6 different occasions via the online messenger and every message has been ignored & no refund. Complete scam

No contact... No response to e-mails... Wrong delivered goods have nowhere to complain

Scam. Been months & never received the product. No way to contact customer support

Ordered and used this company for years. But ordered on 7th march still awaiting shipment, no communication when I’m messaging, no refund. The orders usually arrive within a few days.
And judging by reviews in past week I’m not the only one!
I’m going to do a chargeback on my credit card for my money back!

UPDATE : reordered using bank transfer as received emails regarding card system again. (I’ve done a bank transfer before last year) and my new order has been shipped.
Will update when delivered. My original order from over a month ago (paid by card) is still stuck on awaiting shipment.

Edit - UPDATE
received parcel today, ordered 11th paid via bank, shipped 12th and received package today 18th April.

I’m still to get a refund for the order I placed 7th march paid via card payment. But we all got an email on 11th march stating they had issues with card payments. So I believe this is the problem, order again and you’ll receive
