I've been using this Company for over four years now and never had any problems. I must have placed over twenty orders without any issues. Recommended to friends and family too. No probs at all. If ive ever had to email to check details - they've always responded.
Parcels are sent recorded delivery and arrive in days! They are really quick and helpful. I cannot fault them!
Dont believe all the keyboard warriors writing bad reviews on here, because they're not had a response in 0.03 seconds.

Quick delivery but the customer service is terrible I have sent several messages and not had 1 reply

Best company ever always early delivery and product does exactly what it says it does been using now for nearly 6 years so these bad reviews ignore them super company super service super product thank you for best tan ever means I don’t have to spend hours days or weeks in direct sun my skin thanks you for this.

My order didn’t arrive .Have emailed but no reply .Wont be using them again have found a more reliable company who deliver within 2days

I’ve used this company for a fair while now, and not really had any real issues with any orders etc.. Their products are the best I’ve used. And achieved the perfect skin tone. Delivery takes a perhaps a day later than usual postage, but that’s down to where the Royal Mail depot is situated.

I placed an order emailed you straight away when you had the wrong postal address, you asked if delivery address is the same address that my card is registered too, which it is….the address you sent it to, isn’t my address… I emailed you before i received a notice you had even posted the item, So you could correct your mistake, you have ignored all my emails and I have never received my item!!!

This company will not give out there company address nor any company house ect for me to sue them!!! Do not use!’n.

Scammed first order

Not happy paid a lot of money for order but have not received all items tried to contact them through there email address comes up with no address have ordered many times before without a problem would of continued to order but will not be ordering again

Update after the thieves replied.
So they reply says they are not thieves and liars, I suggest people read the real reviews not ones they have paid for and make up their own minds (how many say they have been robbed by these fools?).

First time using and will not be using again!! Said first class delivery which it was then when it did arrive an item was missing. Sent emails and message to try and get this sorted and have been ignored. Not on at all!!

I made a lot of orders from them everything was okay but last time when was something wrong with their website I email them about asking if I can make order through email and they said yes I did send them money but never received my order and I did send them 100 emails but they were replying after few weeks and now ignoring my emails.

I have ordered off this company for years they are not scammers they are a very reputable company. The injections work perfectly I do not tan but with the injections I go very dark thank you megatan
