I wish I could give zero stars to this company. What started as a seemingly simple purchase turned into an absolute nightmare, leading me to believe that this business is a total scam.

What Went Wrong:
False Promises: Elizabeth from customer service assured me that I would receive a refund if I was not satisfied with the product. A complete lie, as it turns out.

Worthless Product: The product itself was entirely worthless. It seems they are aware of its lack of value, yet they continue to sell it.

No Contact: Elizabeth went dark after assuring me of a refund within a day of my purchase. No email, no call, no follow-up whatsoever for an entire month.

Changing Stories: When I finally got through to them, they completely changed. Suddenly, my order was "crafted" and therefore non-refundable.

Overall Experience:
Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this company. They'll lure you in with false promises, deliver a worthless product, and then hide behind non-existent customer service and shady policies. They are not to be trusted.

I purchased the mega white DIY teeth whitening system at a trade show this year. Upon trying to use it I realised that the light didn’t work so I’ve been trying to contact the company for months with no reply. I’ve sent multiple emails to their website and directly to their email address. I called the phone number on the website and spoke to someone named Liz who advised me to send her an email directly and she’d send me a replacement light. I did that immediately and she never replied. I’ve emailed more with no response. I tried calling the number again and she has blocked my number. This is so extreme as I have been very patient and polite despite this whole experience. I spent £200 on this and am disappointed as I sent us the kit without the UV light. It’s basically a complete waste of money for me. Do yourself a favour and DO YOU NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Customer service is non-existent.

Absolute waste of time and money. I thought I would treat myself and my mum to teeth whitening at the ideal home show in March. Everyone paying completely different prices, staff were extremely pushy and guaranteed results. After spending about 30 minutes on the machine we looked in the mirror to see that nothing had happened, we were advised to look into another mirror 🤔, nonsense, it just didn’t work. After contacting Mega white via email we were offered a refund by Elizabeth however, four to five weeks later we are still going back and fourth with them. I strongly believe that this is a delay tactic and they have no intention of honouring their word.
Totally regret it, do not waste your money on this crap.

Both my partner and I tried out the blue fusion teeth whitening gel at the Ideal Home Show. So quick and easy to use, got instant results that I am really happy with. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to get a new pearly white smile
