Lies from the start

Lies from the start. The website said 2-6 business days for delivery, then once i paid it turned into 3 weeks with the "handling time". They now don't have parts but, want to keep 25% of my money. Isn't that a scam?

Handling time – required to receive parts from the manufacturer, prepare the order, and hand it over to the courier;

Delivery time – the courier’s transit time once the package has been shipped.

These timeframes are displayed in the cart before checkout, and there were no additional unexpected delays in this case.
Unfortunately, one of the ordered parts was later confirmed by the manufacturer as sold out. As Megazip operates using official manufacturer catalogues rather than live warehouse stock, availability is always confirmed directly after the order is placed. A definate "go to" to compare pricess and find part numbers

Having found Megazip a few years ago, I have found I can often get genuine parts for my Toyota Celica GT4 ST205 cheaper shipped from Japan, UAE, or the US than UK suppliers. The parts diagrams are detailed and easy to understand. Ordering is easy and there's often a 15% or 30% limited sale on. Customer service is very good considering the time difference. I have found small items of trim, fixings, brackets and rubber boots/dust covers that I couldn't find elsewhere. Well worth considering this supplier if you are organised, and don't need items within 5 days.

Well Done

As this is my first time to order through Megazip.net found it's came with many selections on searching for spare parts also it was very clear processing with immediate response from the team about any inquiries, finally the delivery came as per suggested and mentioned time where the package received safely and in good condition.

They sold me parts they didn't have

They sold me parts they didn't have, im from Canada so because they charged my credit card without a reversal, they sent back the same amount with several emails saying they didn't have the parts, i got dinged twice by my credit card company $90. Be safe, don't buy from another country ! This could easily happen to you also.I think like yoshi in Japan does the same. That company i had to get the credit card company reversed the charges. Ive sent them an Email with no response. Anyways, it would be better if you took full responsibility, once a charge has been made in another currency it's automatically exchanged, it was refunded 2 days later & of course policy is to exchange again when the return refund goes through. Everyone knows that ! Have you refunded it back to my credit card ? Also you should list on your site about calling first to avoid those charges. It would also help you in this situation by not putting the charge through until you have the parts, I don't know any company that charges for something they don't have ? Do you Megazip team ? Let me know? I just remembered Yoshi Japan is worse, I had to get my credit card company to get the refund ! I've been ripped off too much lately, I guess I'll be listening another company selling used expensive speakers as new. Even almost wiped clean ! I found dust inside & the owner is. Hahaha 😆 talking litigation to scare me into not saying anything, I guess I'll be posting that also

I ordered on.line my credit card…

I ordered on.line my credit card charged they have my e mail contact
They did send an e.mail to track the order link how ever they never provided with me a tracking #
How can I track this also i need a receipt for the order.
Dec8th 2025 fedex attempted a delivery and failed due to their was duty that has to be paid . Which i was not aware if some one reached out to me I could have paid this online and have the package left.in mail box etc. Now I just paid FedEx online , waiting for them to come by another day .

Severely overpriced

Severely overpriced parts, they're at least three times more expensive than the other suppliers. Sure, they have the permanent 10% discount, but that gets negated when they switch part numbers for more expensive ones, then adjust up the shipping a few times before releasing the parts for shipping after keeping them hostage until you pay ransom... It's criminal.

Great selection of difficult to source parts, in my case an Evolution. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful and quick to respond. Great communication and orders are worked though to ensure you know what you are getting with no surprises. Used several times so I know they are reliable.
