Ordered what I needed and once in their warehouse they shipped extremely fast to the US. One thing they could improve on is their site layout for oem part drawings are not clearly organized.

I have been buying parts from Megazip for a number of years now and i am totally pleased with their service.
Parts are always correct and genuine, availability is very good and most of all, helpfulness and comunication is always prompt.....topnotch service overall.

I had been trying to buy a part for my FJ Cruiser from other sites but kept getting the wrong part sent. Megazip, however, sent the correct part and it was shipped from Japan to Australia very efficiently.

I have a Toyota Tank CGT 2017, which I’ve been happily using for over 5 years. I wanted to upgrade the factory-fitted ordinary disc horn to a dual-tone snail-type horn that makes the “poop” sound.
At first, I contacted a shop in Colombo, Sri Lanka and asked for this type of horn. They installed a pair for 6000 LKR, but since I had very little knowledge about this upgrade, I didn’t realize what I was getting. The sound and installation turned out to be really bad, so after two days, I removed the horns and reconnected the ordinary horn. Still, I really wanted the proper “poop” horn.
I did some research to find a genuine solution. Finally, I discovered a reliable Japanese online stores, megazip.net. Normally, these “poop” sound horns are only found in Japanese high-end car models. After searching on YouTube, I realized that the Toyota Camry 2025 comes with the horn I wanted. Using the Camry’s model details, I searched on Megazip and found the exact part. I placed the order, and the total cost for both the high-pitch and low-pitch horns was USD 49. I also had to pay LKR 1,269 as customs duty.
I carried out all the installation myself.
⚡ Important: Both horns cannot be connected directly to the existing power line; they need to be wired through a relay. The setup is very simple. Here’s what you need:
80A 4-pin automotive relay (with 4 copper connectors)
15A fuse with holder
10mm battery ring terminals
3m plastic corrugated conduit
1m 14 AWG (2.0 mm²) wire
5m 16 AWG (1.5 mm²) wire
Small waterproof junction box
6" zip ties
You can find plenty of YouTube videos explaining how to properly connect these accessories. I trust this site they send only OEM parts

The parts were easy to find. Open communication of purchase, tracking number, when items were shipped and time of arrival: Excellence

Bait and switch scam. Do not use this shady company. I placed an order and paid, and now the parts are backordered and they want an extra $150 to ship the product in "approximately in 4–5 weeks after your confirmation."
The part in question is still listed on the website as in stock and they even raised the prices after I ordered.

I am pretty sure bait and switch sales practices and deceptive trade practices violate the FTC Act. If you experienced this issue like the many other 1 star reviews, submit your report and complaints to the FTC

I had a hard time finding a Gauge unit for my Mitsubishi Delica as no one seemed to have it, and they didn't see the point to stock it. Its very uncomfortable to drive a car that's reading RED-EMPTY all the time.
With Megazip it was quite easy to find it and shipping and delivery took only 5 days. It was a perfect fit.

Then a few days later, they message me to say they want more money for the shipping

Very unprofessional service. After placing my order and waiting days, Megazip demanded extra payment for “recalculated shipping costs.” This should have been clear at checkout, not after the fact. Waste of time, misleading, and unacceptable.

The first time I used this website to prefer everything went smooth....the second time is another story altogether..... After I put in my order ,I was told that the price of shipping was under calculated so I had to pay an unreasonable sum to have my packages shipped which I protested...eventually the shipping sum was lowered and the order was approved...that was after they told me that they had the parts in stock....fast forward to three weeks later,having received no shipping alert, I enquired about my order only to be told that they had to source the part from the factory and some rubbish about shipping batches...this has created a real inconvenience for me ...very disappointed!!!!

Megazip has been very convenient for me, even though I'm in Argentina, the antipodes of Japan. They've proven to be an excellent supplier of parts for my motorcycle, meeting the estimated delivery times. I must highlight the neat packaging of the parts I purchased; they arrived in perfect condition. Keep up the good work.

I live in the UK I own a yamaha outboard i have needed a few parts lately I was sick of being ripped off by uk yamaha prices.
I found megazip and took the chance to order some parts.
Yes you will have to wait a bit longer but including delivery the parts were less than half what I would pay in UK.
The order process was easy they keep you informed on ever stage of delivery.
I will definitely use them again

Could not get my Suzuki parts at my dealer (said no longer available) and got all the nine parts I needed from Megazip and delivery date arrived as promised on my invoice. Would definitely buy from them again.

Shady business, been almost a month nothing has shipped, they lied and said I agree to something that I never agree to. They up charge me on shipping after the fact and they try to do it a second time. I have all messages showing proof of it and they acting like it's not their fault. This the sorry generation we have to deal with. Why the hell would I wait a month for parts that can be bought locally. Lack of common sense is insane
