Ordered the Megelin mat for 1599.00 and…

Ordered the Megelin mat for 1599.00 and with it came a belt for which I did not get! I contacted the company several times and for a whole 3 weeks or more was giving the run around. My tracking said delivery not fully delivered. Then they didnt have it and what else do I want. So I requested a mask for which I waited another week for them to say no. They offered me a lamp for which I already have one so I requested the firming pants or vest and they said no. They kept insisting they can send me the lamp and I said I already have one and fo not want it. Then I said I want to sent the mat back because when I ordered this it was for both items. They told be they will charge me 20 % for restocking fees or for sanitation purposes. If I knew for 1 second the belt would not be in the purchase I would never have bought this. The value of the belt convinced to spend as much as I did and they gave me the impression that the belt was on the way so I felt comfortable in using the mat. I feel they defrauded me and made me comfortable with the idea it was on its way. I have since called my bank fraud dept! If u buy their items be aware of their fraudulent practices..

Very frustrating customer service…

Very frustrating customer service experience.

I reported a malfunction with the battery indicator always showing full bars, which causes the device to shut off suddenly during sessions and results in inconsistent intensity. Instead of properly addressing the controller/battery issue, support kept asking for repeated videos and basic usage demonstrations.

On top of that, I was told I would have to pay for return shipping myself and restocking fees, or accept a partial refund that voids the warranty. Very disappointing handling of a warranty issue. I would not purchase again.

it is quite upsetting they sell product…

it is quite upsetting they sell product that dont lasI bought some slim belt, you recharge it and then wear it. fist time I got some electric shocks i contact them and they refund me some money from a big amount I paid and I had no idea that will stop the warranty so today after six months (well I hardly used the belt( they told me they can't do anything) so conclusion just throw it in the bin

I ordered 2 items

I ordered 2 items. Only 1 item was deliverd although it showed both items were suppose to be in the box. The box had been thrown away and I called Megelin at least 6 times over a month. I emailed several times. Each time I received a new person who had no idea what was going on and stated they would expedite the order to a manager. The last call 2/2/26 I heard dogs in the background, so I presume it was a lady in her living room who was reading off a script. The company gives no other way in which to contact them or reach any other employee of the company. It has been a month now with no progress and no assistance. Avoid this company if at all possible.

Like the product

Few hiccups with the product(we had an earlier version which has since been updated) but when issues arose they were willing to fix said issue even outside of the warranty period.

A lot of $ for little to no results

First of all the website is difficult to navigate. I had to use Ai to figure out the directions. They are very unclear. I have now used the face mask 3 times and the belt ^ times. I feel and see zero change. A lot of money tpo be dissapointed. I ll try it a little longer to see if I have any results.

Great product, great customer service

I'm always nervous about buying direct to consumer products because you can't touch or feel the product and you're at the mercy of customer service if something goes wrong, but I finally took the gamble and ordered the pro therapy bag from Swirise. The bag works exactly as advertised and I'm very happy with it. Initially I had an issue with my order and I had to contact customer service. They responded right away and immediately fixed the issue. I'm very happy with the overall experience.

So far so good

Ordering on the website was simple and shipping was fast. So far I am happy with the device. I’ve only had it a very short time so have only used it a few times. Too soon to rate the results but I am confident I will be content.

Life saver!!

I had a malfunction after 6 month. Item replaced fast and effortlessly.
I am a nurse, love and recommend home red light therapy for pain magt, carpel tunnel, hand stiffness, hair replacement, wound mgt. I find the warmth to be very comforting, also. Puts me to sleep. Swear by it.

Profits Over People: Disappointing and Harmful Experience purchased the Megelin Laser & LED…

I purchased the Megelin Laser & LED Therapy Mask as a Christmas gift for my husband, genuinely hoping it would help his skin. Instead, it caused a worsening of acne and facial inflammation, forcing him to stop using it for health reasons.

When I contacted customer service, I was only slightly past the 60-day return window and explained clearly that this was not buyer’s remorse but an adverse physical reaction. I provided photos of the device (in excellent condition) and photos documenting the skin reaction, as requested.

Despite acknowledging the issue and escalating it to their “quality team,” Megelin ultimately refused any return, refund, or meaningful resolution, hiding behind a rigid policy rather than addressing the real issue: their product caused harm and was not fit for use.

What’s most troubling is the pattern here—high-priced wellness products marketed with promises of healing and improvement, but zero accountability when they do the opposite. When a company continues to collect profits while ignoring the real physical consequences experienced by customers, it begins to feel like profits are being prioritized over people’s well-being.

If you are considering this product, understand this clearly:
If it works for you, great.
If it makes your condition worse, you are on your own.

I would strongly caution anyone with acne-prone or sensitive skin—and anyone expecting ethical customer care—to think twice before purchasing.

What a great service, ordering this overhead led was very easy and delivery very quick! Highly delighted with this product - am using it regularly and can see a difference after a few weeks - especially my scalp - really pleased I purchased this !

Easy purchase

Easy purchase, easy delivery, easy to use. My daughter got it for the blue light for her acne. It has only been a few weeks and you can already see a big difference in her skin. Wish I would have ordered sooner.

I was very skeptical, but now I trust and believe!

I was very skeptical when it came to choosing a LED face mask, especially with all the tutorials for different masks with everyone saying about the same. A lot of them used very young people that of course have young skin I decided on the Magellin as it was the first mask I had ever heard of a few years back. I’ve had my mask for a little over a week and have been using it faithfully and I must say I am so glad that I chose this mask. I am 52 almost 53 in Mar 2026. I can already see a difference in my skin and the way it glows my 22-year-old daughter told me that my skin looks so good for my age. I even had a lady at a store that I frequent asked me what moisturizer I use. I told her I did not have any on and that I bought the Magellan face mask and also the décolletage mask! She said she’s been thinking about getting one and now she’s gonna order the Magellin ! My next purchase will be the LED Matt for all of our body health! Thank you so much for this product.
