Very comprehensive and thorough training with instructors, who have complete knowledge and an ability to challenge, yet support candidates in the correct way. I would like to thank Garry for helping me to achieve my HGV practical pass. I would recommend Megtraining unreservedly.

Had a really good experience from the first contact with Anna and mick who did my training . I can't recommend them enough . I went from 7.5 tonne home delivery driver to calm and collected class c driver in less than 24 hrs , passed first time thanks to micks calm and professional approach . I can't recommend the team enough . thanks guys

Can not fault the lads at Meg 1 bit going into training as a van driver for so many years mick was able to slow me down and get me in the hgv mind set (chilled) thank you so much pal and also the other lads who work for Meg are bang on passed first time instructor said one the best drives this year and it’s all down to you mick thank you pal 🫡🙏🏼

Big thankyou to both Gary and mick for making what seemed at first a scary and unnerving experience actually a fun and very easy going experience, I have the upmost respect for you 2 guys for getting me through the past few days. Telling me everything I needed to know to get me through a pass on my first try with 1 minor! Will definitely recommend anybody to get in with these guys for the c+e (class 1) thanks again for an easy laid back course! Brilliant set of people!

Just done my hgv class 2 (or c licence as its known now), instructors were all very welcoming and friendly, my instructor adapted to me very quickly and was very clear with all instructions
Phil was open and honest which is what I like, he kept checking to make sure I was OK which was good as there is a lot to take in

Went with another company previously to get my class 2, switched to Meg and the gulf in class was evident from the get go. All the guys were great in helping me, explaining things properly, patient and always up for a laugh during training. Would 100% recommend then to anyone looking for training. I'll be back when I'm ready to upgrade to class 1. Awesome experience all round. Thank you

I only passed my driving test in September and was really apprehensive when starting on the HGVs whether I would have enough experience on the roads. That was gone straight away, Mick never once made me feel like he was losing patience with me, especially on the reversing manoeuvres, made me feel confident and all the training and knowledge which was given to me was top notch! I passed my test and I couldn’t be happier with the course. Thank you Mick

I recently completed my CPC Mod 4 and HGV Class C practical training before successfully passing my practical tests.
The whole team have been absolutely brilliant. I had a really enjoyable learning experience and received superb training from start to finish.
I am grateful for the support and input which really put me at ease during my training.

Passed 2nd time would’ve done 1st time only for stupid mistake, nothing to do with my tutors training thanks guys for getting me through it second time.

Great friendly company to be trained by made me feel at ease on my first day and it went from strength to strength passed my class 1+2 first time with 4 minors due to the expertise of my trainer Mike thanks for ur efforts and I would send anyone ur way

I used them for my class 2.
Anna from the office was very helpful and a good communicator throughout.
Mick was absolutely amazing, his jolly approach made it such a comfortable experience.
There was no pressure but getting on with it at the same time.
An additional bonus, is that they are a relatively small business and will cater and accommodate your needs.

I had Alan for one day and Mick on a Saturday and the day of my test.
both instructors are extremely knowledgeable and patient.
i would recommend Meg Training to anyone looking to become a HGV driver Male/female.
Both Alan and especially Mick are both brilliant and don't think I would have passed if it wasn't for them chewing my ear about always remember mirror mirror blind spot.
The whole experience with Meg was faultless, from the CPC courses to the driving!!!

personally a big thank you to Alan as I think I put him to the test all week :) he was extremely patient and helpful, And also mick for coming in on his day off as my test was Monday.
and always remember kids mirror mirror blind spot haha.

I trained with Gery for my C+E licence test and he did an awesome job. Very patient, professional and kind trainer, highly recommend him for any trainee.
