This was my first time ordering from this website - and it will definitely be my last. I had previously tried this item in a local physical store, but when I went back to purchase it in my size, it was sold out. After searching online, I found what appeared to be the exact same item on Megusta and placed an order.

When the package arrived, the fit was completely different, even though I ordered the same item in the same size. I’m not sure if the product was altered, defective, or even fake, but I immediately requested a return.

That’s when the real nightmare began. As per their policy, I first emailed them to request a return - no response. I emailed again - still nothing.

I then resorted to calling. The first time, they claimed they had never received my emails but assured me they would send a return label. Of course, no label ever arrived. When I called the next day to follow up, I asked how long it really takes to send a simple return label. The representative, Isaac, responded sarcastically: “Good question, how long does it take?” By then, I was beyond frustrated and just wanted to send the item back.

Isaac then asked me to send a new email directly to his personal email address, promising to handle my return request personally. I sent the email - again, no reply. When I called to confirm, he admitted he received it and said they were “working on it.” Days passed, and still, no return label.

At that point, I had no choice but to dispute the transaction with my bank, and thankfully, I should be getting my money back soon.

Overall, this company is an absolute disgrace. I shop online frequently and have never encountered such a terrible experience. Save yourself the headache and think twice before ordering from this store.

Website is not uptodate and doesn't work properly. Had to return something and the store was closed on two different occasions, this wasn't mentioned on the website, nor any excuse by the staff. The personal is not accomodating, a bit arrogant even. I will buy my designer clothes elsewhere.

By just calling they got me the right jeans in the right size.
