Terrible Customer Service…

I have been a customer of this company for over 20 years, and have always recommended them for high quality products and great how-to information.

Unfortunately I can no longer recommend them. Last time I ordered, something happened with their website. It dredged up an old address of mine, and sent my order there. I reached out for help, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Rude, unhelpful, and they still have my money.
