So the package doesn’t come from…

So the package doesn’t come from Germany it comes from China, it has been 19 days and package isn’t with me yet, but the tracking number works and the support works too, always replies between 24h I mean I didn’t had any problems with support people.
But don’t believe or overpay fro the express delivery or something as this is waist of your own money!
This package won’t arrive in 7 days or 12 days…no way…just keep that in your mind that you will need to wait up to one month for that!
It is a bit of shame that the informations are not correct…
Glad to have Trustpilot…I learn about my own mistakes and before ordering anything I am checking this website..
I am giving 3 stars as support was nice and friendly
