A very bad and expensive experience
The correct product was sent, but in the wrong colour. It was not a matter of a few shades different, it was dark brown, rather than ash, as ordered.
The company denied responsibility, but reluctantly agreed to accept return of the product, at my expense, to determine if it was the right colour. (Pictures provided to the company clearly show that it was not the correct colour. )
After many weeks during which I could not track the return, despite paying for tracked postage, the package was returned to me from China, unopened and marked 'Refused'. So I now out of pocket for an unusable product as well as the futile return postage to China. Not happy.
