Ordered items in July, never received. Made multiple attempts to contact the company. After filing a dispute with my card company and posting negative reviews to alert other potential customers, I finally received a refund after 2 months.

I've ordered from Rewoolution twice, and both times received leggings with manufacturing defects — broken/weak stitching on the seams, visible after only two wears. Customer care confirmed the defect but initially only offered a repair rather than a refund.
After I insisted, I was refunded for the items, but not for the return shipping costs (€24 total), which by EU and Italian consumer law must also be reimbursed when a product is non-conforming. I've sent two follow-up emails asking for this refund and received no response to either.
For a brand at this price point, I expected much better quality control and customer service. Very disappointing experience — I would think twice before ordering again.

I sadly had a terrible experience with this company, in particular to what regards their customer care.
I find it unacceptable, considering in particular the higher-end prices of their products.
I ordered 3 articles of clothing mainly interested in a pair of gloves, when i received the package the gloves were missing.
I reached out to customer care only to be told that the article was sold out and that i had already been refunded (false).
This is of course already absurd as i should have been warned by them before the package was sent, but it gets worse.
When i asked for more information like date of restock they ignored me.
After 5 days i contacted them again to complain about the ongoing LACK OF REFUND together with absurd treatment i had received (lack of options, like receiving the item at a later date) and they quickly dispatched a paypal refund together with an email where they didn't acknowledge any of their mistakes.
I highly advise for avoiding ordering on their site.

I received exactly what I ordered. Good quality, 100% wool. I received the order in 1 day with DHL express.
