costi non chiari e mancata comunicazione

La mia esperienza con Mela Work è stata negativa. Ho riscontrato un aumento dei costi del servizio che, a mio parere, non era stato comunicato in modo sufficientemente chiaro o che non mi aspettavo sulla base delle condizioni che avevo compreso al momento dell'adesione. Ho inoltre avuto difficoltà a ottenere chiarimenti soddisfacenti sulla variazione dei prezzi. Per questi motivi, il rapporto qualità-prezzo del servizio è peggiorato rispetto alle mie aspettative.
