From the first initial contact with MCG you will know that you are being treated like an individual, listened to, and are valued from day 1. Throughout the onboarding process there was no pressure, everything moved at your pace and matters were discussed, made clear and options given. Being newly resident in Malaysia, it can be a little unnerving identifying who has your best interests at hand and even knowing where to start. Daniel and Melbourne Capital were recommended to me and I can honestly say I was not disappointed. Daniel went out of his way to identify and source the most appropriate insurance package for my wife and I. The service was was honest with no hard selling. The sole focus was what was in mine and my wife best interests. The whole process was smooth and uncomplicated.

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding a recent consultation session involving an individual named Matthew in 30 April 2025 . The interaction was highly unprofessional and deeply disrespectful.

During the call, Matthew abruptly ended the session without any prior indication or mutual agreement. The way he closed the call was both rude and inappropriate, falling far short of the basic standards of professional conduct expected from a consultant representing your organization.

As someone who values respectful dialogue and professional integrity, I was shocked by the dismissive and immature behavior displayed. Such conduct reflects poorly not only on the individual but also on the reputation of the organization he represents.

I trust you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future. Maintaining professional decorum and mutual respect is the foundation of any successful business relationship.

After a couple of online calls with Thomas, I can say he offers a comprehensive service. We looked into many facets of my financial life - some of which his company could assist with and other areas where he was willing to give me his opinion. I’m sure that many of us always push back when Financial personal approach us and I can empathise with this feeling as I myself had been through the same prior to meeting with Chris,….together we discussed an appropriate plan of investment and even though I hoped this was a fund for future retirement …., unfortunately this was not the case as a very unforeseen employment issue arose from no where, and I had to fund myself through the savings / investment that I had put away…., I know now that keeping a fund ongoing and sacrificing now is a must for the future and I have learnt the hard way, …..although I have depleted some funds I know that it will be re financed once I am back on my feet. I was moving back home to Malaysia from Dubai in 2016. I had terrible experiences with the previous company and the person in charge until Chris Crowe took over and swiftly and effortlessly resolved the situation, putting me at ease. He is a wonderful, intelligent person to work with.

Now, my contact is Michael Garcia. From the first call, I knew he would do his best to make my money work harder. He explained things in a very simple way so that I could better understand. He advised me to shift my investment to the field that he believes will grow in return significantly compared to the previous selections. This is EXACTLY what I need to hear from him.

Initially I wasn't that interested in having a conversation when approached on the cold call (nothing new for me there !!), but Tom got my interest quickly and proved to be a very good listener and very quickly understood my core needs.
