DONT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE AGAINST MIGRANTS WORKERS EXPLOITATION.
I used to work here, you can see many good reviews from customers showing my name (Luli) but unfortunately this company (Steve, Stuart and Janet McMurray) takes advantage of migrant workers and underpaid them. All cleaners are illegally working more than the hours permitted for their visas, and this company take advantage of this, underpay them and set them as contractors to outsmart fair work and ATO and not pay them super or annual leave.
They don’t respect privacy of guests, they have copies of all guest ID and still take copy of each guest ID when checking in and save them in paper in the office for months, when working there I was shredding these myself since informed management many times that they cannot keep this. If you stay please make sure to ask your copy back when checking out.
As a former employee here I highly recommend you to not stay here, unless you support companies that take advantage of their staff and don’t care about your data privacy not being respected.
