I never order unless the site says that they take returns. The only way you can return is to email a request to which they do NOT respond. The product seems nice but is much too large so I have paid a premium price for a product that I can not exchange and will not be able to wear.
NO STARS. TOTAL SCAM. ORDERED CLOTHES FROM THEM 8 WEEKS AGO AND NEVER RECEIVED. EMAILED THEIR “ CUSTOMER SERVICE “ ADDRESS 8x !!!!! AND HAVE NOT HEARD BACK. THEY PROVIDE TRACKING INFO THAT LEADS TO NOWHERE. SO FRUSTRATING!!! THE REVIEWS ON INSTAGRAM MUST HAVE BEEN FAKE AND I REALIZE NOW THEY WERE ALL BASICALLY WRITTEN WITHIN A COUPLE DAYS OF EACHOTHER.

Spelesy/Melesy = Horrible. First of all, the pants I ordered look nothing like the (misleading) picture. They are thin material, ill fitting, and just poorly made for $40. Secondly, I requested a refund/return which their website says takes “one to three business days“ to get back to you, and it’s been almost 3 weeks and I’ve heard nothing (I’ve emailed 3 times now)! I’ve since learned this business is a scam that cheaply knocks off other (genuine) clothing lines and steals their photos to sell a bogus product. Please report them to the Better Business Bureau so they know this company is a FRAUD! They need to be shut down.
