Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 78 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many buyers stated that the garments delivered were entirely made of cheap polyester instead of the natural wool shown clearly in the online advertisements. Consumers also pointed out that the clothing sizing was completely inaccurate, leading to ordered items that did not fit properly at all. However, some customers also noted that securing a full refund proved very difficult, frequently involving complicated return processes and tiny partial compensation offers. A few other people also felt that they successfully resolved their refund requests after contacting their payment providers or receiving direct company support.

This is a total scam

This is a total scam. The advertisement is totally false, these are NOT wool sweaters, they are %100 polyester.
DO NOT BUY.
They reply very slowly to emails and I am still trying to get a 100% refund. They at first offered 20% and then increased to 30% despite me pointing out that I am entitled to 100 refund. In my experience, this company is one to be avoided.

This is a scam

These people are crooks, with slick advertising. I can't believe I got sucked in. "100% Icelandic wool" is actually cheap Chinese polyester. To make it worse, the horrible sweater I was sent had reindeer prancing across it - I hate Christmas jumpers! They cannot be contacted so won't send a return address. I wish I had read reviews on here instead of only reading the lies on their website.

BAIT AND SWITCH!!!

Exactly what every other review says, total scam!!! I wish I had read reviews before. I wasn't concerned until the delivery was taking so long. Than I read reviews and was hoping for the best, but extremely disappointed. The sweater looks NOTHING like the picture on ad. It's a piece of cheap, Chinese garment. Heed the warnings, DO NOT PURCHASE.

They are NOT wool

They are NOT wool! 100% polyester and also way undersized. The XL seems about right for an average 10yo! Saw the reviews and tried to cancel without success....arrived proptly enough but they are NOT what was offered, or at least implied to be what was offered. Lot of weasel words.

This is a scam

This is a scam. I purchased what were claimed to be luxury hand-knitted wool garments from Iceland. When they eventually arrived - after many weeks' delay- they were poor quality, printed, polyester garments clearly labelled as made in China. I am appalled that they are still advertised in a convincing and professional but totally misleading way. Do not buy any. This is a review posted by another user and I agree with every word. The adverts for this company need to be removed as soon as possible as they are false and misleading.

I just had 2 jumpers arrive

I just had 2 jumpers arrive. One is very thin wool definitely not a Nordic sweater. I will be wearing this when the weather is warmer than it is now. The other one is a puzzle. Icelandic it is not. Wool it is not. It has the right pattern on it but very very thin I can almost see through the sleeves. No labels either to tell me the material. I have been cheated for the money paid. I have good warm sweaters from Primark for less than a quarter I paid for these. Don't waste your money

Islandic Wool hand knitted sweaters and cardigans.Their adverts say they are selling…

Their adverts say they are selling Islandic Wool sweaters and cardigans. Hand knitted and non-itchy wool. What you get is machine made 100% polyester products from China!!! Pure fraud.
I can't imagine anybody being happy with what they get. I ordered on 02/12/2025, received on 23/12/2025 and was aghast at how small the parcel was.
I see identical adverts from a number of names so avoid Islandic Wool from anywhere.

If I could give it no stars I would

If I could give it no stars I would! What a rip-off. Products are supposed to be wool, they're 100% polyester or cheap version of wool. So disappointing, I should have known it was too good to be true.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
