The detailed packaging arrived on time and in pristine condition. The dress was nicely folded and sealed in plastic bag. The shoes were nicely tucked away in its shoe box. I definitely recommend this site for purchases. All went smoothly. And items arrived as shown on website.

Package was sent via UPS and ended up "lost". Considering the expense of the item, a signature should have been required to turn it over. Melijoe was the only place that had the needed item and now that the only one in stock that I bought is "lost", I won't be able to buy another before Christmas even though I promised my child that they would have it.

We order from Melijoe since our first baby was born, and it's been consistently performing as a five-star platform!
The speed of delivery is impressive, and so is the communication flow (your order is placed, your order has shipped, DHL will deliver tomorrow, etc.).
In all the times that we ordered, we never had any items misplaced, and never had any mix-ups. Which you kind of take for granted... until you try other platforms ;-D
My only point of criticism is that recently, there seems to be a problem with tags on the store: I find some pants through "Boys/All" but they are not shown through "Boys/Pants", which means they lack the proper tag; I come across skirts when filtering for boys only (which means some tags are plain wrong), and overall I feel like in the last 3-5 years the UI of how you discover items, and what is "relevant", could have been improved.
Either way, most importantly, I totally recommend Melijoe for the speed and accuracy of delivery, and it builds across the orders to full confidence in the platform. Well done!

melijoe used to be a far superior company than it is now - since it has been bought over by a swedish company and transferred to sweden . they have NO PRODUCT DESCRIPTION WHATSOEVER - ( they used to ) thei shopping baskets ab=ns wish lists are not easy nor obvious to figure out - they never show when something is sold out in the shopping basket .
their assistant s on the phone are nice enough - but ineffectual - i have made several complaints but never got an answer . they really need to pull theuir socks up - especially compared to other serices such as CHILDRENS SALON - which in my oppinion is still the best .

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MELIJOE-I picked for items for my 2 children&as it was near Midnight on Monday&Melijoe website says can secure checkout the next or future etc.Yesterday Tuesday I tried to pay on thrur’secure checkout’ but it says my shopping basket is empty😧. I enquired on Email & A female responded& I had to send another email explaining this again to her. Finally yesterday at 3pm she sent me the links to all 4 of my items am interested in. Almost ‘trusting’ Melijoe(Never Do that!)took credit card out to pay when suddenly I notice the Mini Me sequinned skirt DOLCE&GABBANA on my list is priced £320 instead of £232??..😳😧yet they say ‘secure checkout’ I telephoned them& complained about this& all she said oh yeah ok I’ll price-match by which time I am fed up I said after all your non- reliable safe checkout for the day after or near future that you promised on your website but you forgot to mention beware price-trick !
So I said after all this I’ll purchase that skirt at £200 for my child along with their other 3 items . She would not budge so I said I’ll be writing about this &I’ll continue take my customs to secret sales(I am just receiving a parcel from them now btw ), outnet, children salon .
And oh they charge for delivery despite my total bill would have been over £500 !! And The female did not provide me with an order number either !! Mrs Hudson (uk)

I had a misunderstanding occur with Melijoe customer service advisors. I was absolutely livid. Miss Primorac rectified the situation within 24hrs as well as personally calling me herself. I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism, hospitality, knowledge and class by Ms Primorac. She is a fabulous asset to the company and represents the brand with such elegance. I have worked in the hospitality sector in NY for 19 years. As well as own and operate a worldwide concierge with very demanding clients. Point being, I’m not easily impressed by others in the field and I was highly impressed; to be quite honest still am. I have recommended Melijoe to several clients and friends and will continue to do so. Thank you very much Mariana.

This organisation rips people off. I returned a £34 pair of trousers, and they only refunded £15, claiming the difference had to be deducted for shipping costs. No other online retailer charges anything near this amount (if anything at all) for returns. They also charged £7.95 for the outward delivery, to me - how can the cost of returning items be twice as much? Customer Services told me this was a “mistake” but now refuse to refund the £19 difference. DO NOT BUY FROM MELLIJOE. Other retailers stock the same items and do not rip off their customers with egregious extra charges.

I ordered 2 pairs of Aigle gumboots. 1 pair is as per the photos, the other, the boots do not even have the Aigle bird logo on them. I believe it is not authentic and I would like someone to email me and refund me my money. I always use Melijoe for my sons items. Service is exceptional, stock levels are right and choice is fantastic. It would be great if they stocked Stone Island too though. Don’t think they can be blamed for couriers who don’t arrive and parcels left on the doorstep as per some reviews. Couriers get delayed or fail to arrive despite instruction and these things happen! I don’t use any other company now.

Melijoe is a great online shop for kids clothes that are really beautiful. I have used this website several times for gifts and for my kids. Recently I bought a whole pile of clothes and some shoes. I was so happy with all of it and didn't return anything. My son wore the shoes a few times and the stitching has come undone. I called them and the lady was friendly and asked me to email a photo to cumstomer service @melijoe.com which I have done a few days ago. I am still waiting for a response as to what to do next? On the website there is no email stated, is this email correct and if so when can I expect a reply? It's disappointing when you pay 90 euros for a pair of shoes and this happens... Hopefully they will reply soon and fix this.

3rd time ordering from Melijoe. DHL lost the parcel 2 weeks ago and advised me that they have informed Melijoe, for them to claim. I have written 3 times over the last 2 weeks to ask for status updates, but have had no response from France. Their HK customer service keeps saying they have had no response from their French headquarters.
The true measure of any company is when something goes wrong, what steps they take to make things right. Accountability and letting the customer have peace of mind is essential in global online shopping. In this regard, Melijoe has failed. I am very disappointed and expected better.
UPDATE. I got an email today to say that there will be a full refund to my card. Thank you. I have updated the rating by 2 stars, as the matter should have been handled better, and communication and updates need to be a lot better when things go wrong.
