Unfortunately I ordered the wrong machine. I thought I ordered the one without the hotplate as I’m not keen on reheating coffee but if you like that kind of m/c it works fine

Doesn’t make a good brew. No matter how much ground coffee I added, the coffee is weak and lacks flavor. The glass jug is made of thin light glass. I even doubled the quantity of the regular coffee brand. Overall feels cheap. I bought it because of the promotion. Really disappointed with my purchase.

Great coffee machine. I have had mine for 6months. Keeps coffee very hot, which has been a problem with others. The program you can set 12 hrs in advance means I can get up to a great coffee in the morning for when I wake up. Just bought my brother inlaw one as well for his birthday. You won’t be disappointed in this product. Nearly forgot you can adjust the strength of the coffee on the machine. Great product definitely a 5 star

Absolutely delighted with this. Makes excellent very hot coffee. We were concerned about how much workspace it would occupy but it is very neat. The removable water tank is convenient and easy to fill. It is also very easy to clean.

Too early to award 5 stars but so far the coffee brews quick and tastes great. I’m especially happy with the timer function which allows me to wake up to a freshly brewed coffee. Much better than my old Delonghi machine.

Very Disappointing - the coffee comes out very very weak with little or no coffee flavour. Tried using more coffee / double filter but to no avail. The aroma selector makes no difference to the strength of the coffee

I got this in the sale so the price was really good. I love the look of the machine and its ease of use. It's easy to set up if you follow the instructions properly to set time and water hardness. I love that the water tank is removable for filling and the main filter cone. This makes it far easier to fill and clean than my previous machine. It has a warning for when it needs to be descaled, which I'm really pleased about, I'm in a very hard water area and suspect the machine may need descaling quite frequently. The timer function is excellent and allows you to set your time for it to be in advance so you can wake up to fresh coffee. I'm yet to see how it functions in the long term, but first impressions are excellent.

Works as described, and very simple to use and clean. Timer function very useful. The only thing holding me back from giving it 5 stars overall is that I don't think there's a function to turn the hot-plate back on after it goes off. But that is a really minor issue.
