Melitta ran a promotion on coffee beans which suffered poor availability through February. When approaching the customer service department they had no knowledge of when availability would be back for customers to purchase. They offered no compensation and the wait experienced and the wait there on after. The information from CS team was the there had been exceptional demand which is what I thought would be the expectation of a company that chooses to run a promotion on selected lines. There was no option to have an email sent when availability was there and when eventually ordering the beans there was no updates and texts. The experience was poorly managed in my view.

The coffee dripper is well made.

After some years the jug in our Melitta coffee maker was stained and caked with scale. Probably just needs to be disassembled for a proper descale and clean, but we wanted a spare in case it didn't easily go back together.
The Melitta online shop turned out to have a wide range of replacement jugs - could have been confusing but they had clear statements about which coffee makers each particular jug would fit.
So it was quite easy to order the right jug for our coffee maker - though it was a bit tricky to read the model number form the black-on-black label moulded into the base of the appliance - and the price was reasonable.
Dispatch and delivery were prompt and, on this occasion, the DPD deliverer placed the package carefully within our enclosed porch.

I bought bean to cup machine on sale. Even at 'better than half price' I think the product finish is poor quality. The stainless steel cup placement grill became scratched and worn straight away. Hopefully, product interior will last better.
It does make very good coffee however, better than my manual Sage.
I really like the dual bean hopper, for me, with decaffeinated and normal beans. Often forget to manually switch though as I use the app to make my coffee. V good app too, I've created/ customised 4 of my favourite coffees/sizes.

Not sure that buying coffee filters is and "experience" but they are good for making filter coffee and were delivered promptly. What's not to like!

Got in touch in advance of purchasing a replacement jug for our machine and the answer was very quick and helpful.
Once received the jug seems of very good quality.
Only wish there was a way of recycling the old pot but that service doesn't seem possible according to the website.

Online stock details not accurate and for items that were ordered and then was informed item was out of stock, Melitta just refunded the item rather than asking would I like select an alternative product that was in stock. Now if I order an alternative I have to pay postage again.
