Just love these guys.

I was expecting the coffee machine to be great.

What I didn't expect was that the supplies would be so cheap.

I order a year's worth of filters and descaler at a time and it turns up quickly with no fuss.

I was expressly forbidden by you to buy…

I was expressly forbidden by you to buy an item costing less than ten pounds in a straightforward way. As a result I spent an hour or so persuading my credit card company to pay the sum due to you. The big snag is that my mobile does not work in the area where I live You SHOULD allow customers to pay over the phone by DD. You demonstrate disdain for your customers. If allowed I would award nil stars.

Original coffee filters are back!

So happy that the original size 100 filters are back. I've hated having to use filters that are too big or too small. Also happy that I get a discount for ordering a year's supply. Very easy to order and quick delivery.

Great product

Great product, and excellent service from Melitta … only let down by the DPD delivery service … The parcel was dumped on my doorstep whilst I was in the house, waiting for the door-bell to ring.

Nordic swan Ecolabeled coffee filters

They’re the only company I can find with coffee filters with the Nordic swan ecolabel.

Everything was wrapped in paper and sturdy surrounded with cardboard mesh and send in one of the most solid cardboard boxes.
