The fans and the price are very good the dispatch not sobyou pay for 24/48 hour delivery with a certain courier and they send by a different one and arrives 5/7 days not 48hrs

I bought a Brizy fan months ago and was so satisfied I bought another 3 !
Theyre extremely well designed and perfectly engineered. Stylish, totally silent in all modes, and really efficient shifting a lot of air.

These fans are probably the best value around. I recommend them highly.

Delivery was within the scheduled timeframe and well packaged.

Just bought stove today within 5 minutes it stopped working will return it tomorrow and get refund

Mellerware sent 4 Handy vacuum cleaners for me to Holland which went well. The Handy's though arrived in 3 different shipments but reasonable in time. The Handy's function very well with 120 watt and werd at a sharp price.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !! i purchased matching yellow toaster and kettle for my second home in spain. within a month the toaster broke and it was replaced... then the kettle broke - (bearing in mind i only use these occasionally whist in Spain !!) i had to take it miles away to be repaired. Then when i went to collect it they had replaced my YELLOW kettle with a RED one !! i have since asked for help several times and they are not willing to swap it or 'assist me any further' and have now not replied to me any more!! because they said i am no longer in 'Spanish territory' what an absolute joke! i was in fact in Spain (where i purchased it from) and they assumed because i was using my 'co.uk' email account i was in the UK ! however i have no idea why they would not deal with a customer anyway even if i was on the moon - it makes absolutely NO SENSE! I am offended and feel this is a RACIST issue . I am now left with a red kettle and yellow toaster and had the cost of my fuel and time to drop my kettle for repair- where it magically transformed colour whilst in their possession ! lets not forget the obvious very poor quality of both these items! yes they look very nice- but clearly very poor quality with absolutely appalling racist customer service. PLEASE KEEP SCROLLING AND FIND ANOTHER BRAND

Happy with my purchase also not expensive for a good quality blender. Already using, I hope it will go along for many years.

A problem was quickly identified and resolved promptly too. The replacement was sent immediately with tracking. A good experience all round.

I bought one of the Brizy! fans last summer and loved it. I waited until they were in-stock again to buy 3 more! they are quiet, powerful, easy to install and good looking :-)

Warning: This company is selling faulty items live on their site that have product issues.

I had ordered a raditor from amazon whereby the product was faulty. I spoke with them over whatsapp and they explained it could be the other supplier.

However, then after speaking with them, I ordered it and the same faulty problem appeared. They then ignored my whatsapps for a week after 4 attempts to contact and followed with an email just telilng me to return.

Its a second kitchen electric item i bought from that brand and both are super strong. Wery well made details. the airfry look modern and works fast , super good. easy to clean, easy to use.
Other item is a blender and its super strong too.
I recomending it to anybody.
