I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Mellowflow.app.
I encountered unauthorized charges and received poor communication and unhelpful support when trying to resolve the issue. Despite multiple attempts, the company failed to provide a satisfactory solution.

This experience was stressful, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company based on how they handled my situation. I SHOULD HAVE RESEARCHED THEM! I CLOSED THE APPLICATION BEFORE SENDING AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR 3 PROGRAMS. I EMAILED THEM WITHIN 4 MINUTES...THEY HAVE REFUSED TO REFUND. THEY ARE IN Cypress...I should have realized!!!

Last year they charged me more than they should have, and despite multiple attempts, I never received the refund I requested. The whole situation left me feeling completely dismissed as a customer. The program itself offered very little value, and it genuinely gave me the impression of something that felt misleading or poorly presented. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I want others to be aware of how things went for me.

I paid what was represented as a one off payment of £17.24 and then, without contact or contract I suddenly find that they were taking £47.03 pc/m out of my account. I should note the app was useless and just getting access to it set of alarm bells for me since I had to go through and decline 5-8 levels of upselling beyond simply accessing the app. This a grotesque scam marketed to 'help' those with neurodiverities who are thus least organised and thus least likely to notice the issue or complain. I expect to get a full refund ASAP or I am taking the matter to the police.

The course content was not great but cancelling a nightmare and their refund policy non existent due to an amazing number of hoops they want you to go through, and you still will only get a partial refund on provision of ‘proof’ the course didn’t work for you. Avoid like the plague.

I paid then paused. Then went back to start action but no link or app or anything to resume. Have raised dispute with PayPal for refund. People in this position do not need this sort of hassle

I like their wording in the lessons. I've been motivated.

Been on MellowFlow for about 6 weeks now. At first it was small stuff, breathing easier, finishing little tasks. But over time, I noticed I’ve become more consistent, more present. It’s slow, steady progress.

The information hit me right in the heart because it was my experience exactly in so many ways. The time is right for facing reality and doing what it takes to grow and be healthy in the ways that I get things done. the exercises were good and helped reinforce the information.

Appreciate this app breaking down the problems with procrastination and hope to see its rewards come to pass. Have not finished the course yet, but it does have me thinking of this problem and how to solve it. And, think of the rewards I will have when I get this problem under control.

Love the daily check-ins. They feel like little pep talks from a wiser version of myself. And the breathing sessions? Instant reset button. Honestly kinda addictive in the best way

As someone who works in mental health, I appreciate how MellowFlow keeps things approachable. Clients I’ve recommended it to find it easier to open up during sessions because of the prompts

I’m absolutely dissatisfied with this app. It wasn’t transparent with me at any stage!
After I realized that this app wasn’t useful for me, I canceled my subscription within the app, but it was never actually canceled.
I never received any confirmation email for the cancellation, and while I naively thought it had been canceled, around €55 was charged from my account every month.
When I finally noticed it, over €300 had been taken from me for nothing.
I consider this a lack of transparency and even a form of fraud, and I’m totally unhappy with this experience.

Two weeks ago I was stuck, work piled up, everything felt heavy. Now I’m actually chipping away at things. Journaling uncovered patterns I didn’t even realize were holding me back

Think it's disgraceful that at the end of the survey, the recommended option is the 1 month plan and the large font in that box read (for me in the UK) £0.50.
I was quite impressed with this bargain until I saw in the T&Cs at the bottom the charge is actually £15, rising to £34 for month 2.
The £0.50 must be the £15 split into a daily rate but the word 'daily' was nowhere to be seen.

This process literally claims to support people with low attention spans, AND help people with money problems, but it is praying on these same low attention spans to game people into not spotting that detail and spending more money than they intended. I can't believe this passed through design screen testing if any of the designers actually care about the kinds of customers the company wants to attract.

Been following the program and it’s helping me catch up on things I’ve been putting off forever. Nothing fancy, just feels like I’m finally doing something again

This company is a huge scam and I reported them to the Washington State Attorney General's office. They will not cancel my subscription and charge me over 100$ each month thru PayPal. I have removed the link to my PayPal account so they cant get any more money from me. If you have been a victim. I HIGHLY recommend you contact YOUR Attny Gen. Office and report them there.

Improved my self awareness already. I catch myself spiralling more often, and try to understand more where it comes from through journaling.

The Mellowflow app introduced a degree of self discipline to me, so that I'm guided to NOT let the issues I'm tackling fade into the background and get stagnated while I'm crazy busy. After I complete a lesson, it really does stay with me and influence how I stay with my goals. I do nevertheless neglect it - and then I regret it. I may need reminders? Not daily accusations! But a nudge to check in?
