The Mellowflow app introduced a degree of self discipline to me, so that I'm guided to NOT let the issues I'm tackling fade into the background and get stagnated while I'm crazy busy. After I complete... See more

The app have been helping me to track down my procrastination behaviors and understand better ways to improve my self.

I was curious about the product so I explored a bit. I thought I exited the site without completing enrollment, but they captured my credit card number and charged me. Inquiries to get the charge reversed have been non-productive.
After involving American Express to contest the charge, it was reversed.
Ultimately the issue was resolved, but I continue to believe the advertising pop-up was deceptive.

various packages for various needs.
program makes you work a little bit every day. Just what I need.

Beware. No response has been received when I try to cancel my plan. I missed the opportunity to cancel the subscription due to surgery and have tried several times since then but no response. They keep taking unauthorised debits out of my bank account. It is not a No Risk Guarantee as their publicity states.

Happy with step by step 'bite size' approach to improving my life. daily thoughts exercises and you can set your limits to be smaller to begin with. Looking forward to see how it progresses

Lessons last about the right amt of time. Do things in smaller increments and don't procrastinate.

Following the lessons gets me thinking...later in the day while Im doing something, I remember some of the thoughts in lessons up til now. This helps me to be more aware of my procrastinating, excuse-making, rewards, etc.

Mellow Flow helped by prompting me to engage in thought each day. Asking me to ask myself questions to get to the root of the issue.

It is helping me to understand myself and stop making mistakes

**update 10/7: apparently I don't exist in their system yet they can charge my credit card consistently. Seems odd.
signed up for a trial and requested cancellation before the trial ended. They haven't responded once. At this time, they have charged me $180 and I have emailed them 4 times basically begging for them to cancel my subscription, stop charging my credit card and refund me. Don't trust them!
*Every time I tried to log in, the system said I didn't exist. If I didn't exist, why is my bank account being chatged? I emailed over 5 times about it with no response.

Good so far. I notice I look at projects in a new way, like smaller pieces instead of one giant wall. Makes me less overwhelmed. The journaling bits I wasn’t too sure about but then one of the emotional writing ones really hit me, felt like I’d written something by someone else almost.

I never even used the app, and canceled my subscription, but they are charging me anyway outrageous amounts. They rely on how easily people with ADHD will miss things like this or not find the time to go through the process of getting their money back This is a scam.

Reply from MellowFlow
THIS IS SCAM! They hook you with a small offer and then it turns out to be a SUBSCRIPTION AND THEY TAKE MONEY OFF YOUR ACCOUNT. THE COMPANY DOESN’T take accountability and even filing a claim doesn’t work.

Been following the program and it’s helping me catch up on things I’ve been putting off forever. Nothing fancy, just feels like I’m finally doing something again

I’m only a few days in (day 5 now) and I can already feel some difference. The breathing exercises especially are calming me down when my anxiety spikes. Didn’t expect it to click this quickly honestly. Planning to stick with it.

I subscribed to Mellow Flow in April for one week only, agreeing to pay for that period without any prolongation. Despite this, the app charged me nearly €700 over four months without sending any notification, bill, or receipt. These payments were made without my consent, and I did not use the app at all during this time.
What makes this even more alarming is that I am not the only one in this situation. Looking at reviews, it seems that a large number of users (easily half of them) are reporting the same type of problem with unauthorised charges and the lack of transparency and response from the company.
This is especially concerning because the app is aimed at people struggling with ADHD, focus and procrastination problems — a group that deserves extra clarity and fairness in billing, not hidden tricks that can cause financial and emotional distress.
I have tried to get a refund, but so far it has been impossible - no answer.
The last, also, i needed to block my bank card for avoiding extra payment, as it is recommended in another reviews. This situation shocked me and took energy for weeks, so i could not decide what to do, so much it was harmful.
I strongly urge Mellow Flow to review my case and provide compensation for the charges I never agreed to.
I also hope the company takes these repeated complaints seriously and improves its billing practices so other users don’t experience the same harm.

I "signed up" for a quis and a one time only questionare and "course" The next month they went directly to my bank account and stole 60 dollars from me. This is a ugly and Big scam, pretending to wanna help people with serious issues regarding adhd and childhood trauma...

I've been struggling with high anxiety and depression for over a year since my Mom passed.
