Lovely!
Placed an order to Denmark on a sunday, received the parcel following Friday. I choose Mellowmorning since they have items/brands I have been unable to find on other (trustworthy) European sites, Fx. Ilso, Shiseido's Tsubaki, Sungboon Editor, Judydoll eyeliners.
They messaged me to tell me, that the eyeliner I had bought unfortunately was out of stock and that they would refund the money (which they did). When I received my things, they had put TWO extra full-size products in, an eyeliner and mascara, on top of samples, a satin scrunchie and a tote bag. Such a lovely surprise! :)
Highly recommend them and I'll definitely buy from Mellow again.
Some pros, cons & feedback:
- Order got sent within 24 hours.
- Thorough and clear communication.
- Nice mix of k-beauty, j-beauty and c-beauty.
- The website looks a tad dull and outdated.
- Restocks can take a while to happen.
- Would be nice if you could pay in your own, local, currency.
- Being able to create a wishlist or favourites list would be appreciated.
- I miss being able to leave reviews on individual products.

Really fast delivery and nice experience overall!
I ordered a sunscreen from them and it arrived super fast! I loved their attention to detail with the packaging and I got some really nice samples, will definitely order again!
