As someone with neck issues and having tried a plethora of pillows over the years I figured I’d give the cloud align a try. I haven’t been back to the Dr for therapy since. My arm doesn’t go numb, my neck isn’t sore, my migraines went away. I sleep like a baby and wake up pain free (which I haven’t felt in who knows how long). I highly recommend this pillow. My son kept wanting to steal mine so I got him one, and his friend one for his bday and one for my nephew for his bday. Shipping can sometimes take a while but we always receive the items and customer service has been pleasant to deal with. Can’t recommend them enough. We did get the hotel pillow but it didn’t squish down enough for me or my son, so we didn’t use that one -found someone that liked it though. Would really like to try the sheet but it doesn’t seem to stay in stock.

A bot run company with Terrible return policy, fabric stains easily, products uncomfortable, but the worst of all is the lack of customer care and commitment…. but expensive, manipulative marketing

Trash can company. They are horrible at communicating and they will refuse to resend you a package that’s clearly lost. They’ll blame tracking not being updated and then do nothing. I’ve never seen a company try to nosedive their customers so quickly. I never got the damn pillow and I can’t get them to send me another. Do NOT buy

They shipped the wrong item and flat out refused to make it right. I even offered to keep and pay for the item they sent me in error but they again refused insisting they sent the right item even though I sent photographic evidence and pointed out that I have never even ordered what I received so there is no reason I would have it other thank THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEM and refused to correct their mistake.

Customer service is accessible and responsive. They resolved my issue quickly. The pilllow itself, after sleepinng on it for 3 nights now, is fantastic. Just the right size and amount of support. I would not hesitate to purchase again!

Do not buy from this company! I ordered the famous mellow blanket almost two months ago and never received it and when I asked for a refund they only gave me a very small portion of what I spent back and only after I threatened to get a lawyer on them!! They are crooks! I also ordered pillows and they sent the wrong one which I had to send back and I still haven’t received the pillows yet either!

Absolutely in love with the pillow. Extremely comfortable for me as a side sleeper and the different heights on the pillow are fantastic. No issues with shipping or delivery. Just ordered two more pillow cases. I’ve bought a lot of pillows in my day - some over $200 - and this is my favorite.

Mellow is a Rip off as I tried their pillow for one night. It gave me a head and neck ache. I returned the pillow right away in the same packaging. I paid $74.00 for it and only got a refund for $38.74. Don't buy anything from this company unless you think you will keep it as you won't get much back from the purchase.

I ordered the new squishy cooling pillow. They took my money immediately but never bothered to tell me they were not even in stock. A week later I had to contact customer service to find this out. They said they would be in the next week. Next week
Comes and goes but still not in stock. Customer service was nice about it but I had to ask for a refund because I didn’t appreciate being sold something that wasn’t even in the warehouse and no one was going to tell me. Very disappointed because I’m having pretty severe neck issues. I really needed it. Your website should say “OUT OF STOCK”

These pillows work great. I changed mine and my husband’s out and we sleep so much better. My great grandson came over and I have one in my chair and he told his dad that it was so soft and he wants one. He cuddled that pillow until the went home. So yes I’m very satisfied with my pillows.

Customer service is practically nonexistent. I messaged them over a week ago asking about an exchange or return. The first time they emailed me back (after I had to send another email) they told me they never got the last email and asked me what I needed. I replied same day and said I would like to know how to know my options for an exchange. They replied back 2 days after after another 2 emails I had to send not even answering my question and told me I could return it. I didn’t want a return just wanted to exchange and asked if that was possible. Now 3 days later, crickets, no responds at all.

I did look up their return directions and I’d have to put the item back in its original package (which the pillow came rolled up and shoved into this little sleeve so putting it back it would be impossible) and then on top of that I’d have to pay $15 for processing fee per item. Honestly, none of that is worth it to me, I’ll
Just give the pillows to someone else at this point.

The delivery process was quite slow. When I asked about the delivery, at the 10 day promise, I received an AI response, one that you might expect. Thanks so much for your order, we're working hard to get it out the door. Finally after receipt, the pillow was as mentioned by many others, quite chemical smelling. I left it on an outside porch for several days to outgas the pillow. Unfortunately, after the 14 day adjustment cycle and a few weeks beyond that, I can no longer use it. My neck has been so stiff, I had to revert to a prior pillow. I'm sure it's beyond the return period, but I just can't suffer any more.

I bought a pillow from them and I must have gotten lucky because it shipped pretty fast. I absolutely love that pillow. I decided to purchase a different pillow from them and it has been a nightmare. Their website states processing time is 3-5 business days. After waiting over a week, I reached out to them. I received a bs response about how it’s taking longer than usual because there’s been an increased demand for this pillow. I waited some more and again reached back out. This time I was told it would ship by the end of that week or early the following week. That didn’t happen either. I asked for one last update a week later and was told they are “finally” processing my order (almost a month after I placed it) but they did not have the pillow and it would be another 1-2 weeks before it ships. Absolutely pathetic. I’d say 5-6 weeks is significantly different than 3-5 business days processing time they advertise on their website.

I really like the true product! like the product speaks for itself! honestly. I also know that during peak summer time there are majle delays for shipping. That was my only concern, but from the rest they are very attentive with emails.

Ordered three pillows opened one. After letting it air out for over a week it still had a crazy intense chemical smell. I read about that in a few reviews and figured people were exaggerating… they weren’t it’s gross. Mailed the other two back. $15 return charge

I was very excited when I bought the Puff Pillow. However, a month after I placed my order, my pillow still has not shipped. They did charge my card but no shipping info, no updates, nothing. Come to find out, the pillow said it was in stock but it is not. They are on back order, and they had absolutely no answers for me on when it would be shipping, because they do not actually have the product. Super disappointed. Let's see how long it takes for them to refund me. Might be a good choice if you dont mind waiting a few months to get your pillow.
