There should be a zero or minus star rating option. This company is an UTTER disgrace, a 💯 % scam. I have been charged $1401 in ‘memebership’ fees…after a $29 purchase of a crap chiropractic neck support on Facebook. They have carefully written emails to respond to your complaints at every level and it seems there is no way to get my money back. Even though I never received a confirmation email after my purchase and certainly, not over my dead rotting corpse, did NOT agree to some useless robbing membership. Disgraceful scammers. Will not let this one go…BEWARE.

Meloplay DO NOT TRUST,

Meloplay has been taking around $38 - $40 a months and I’ve NEVER knowingly purchased anything! How do they even take the direct deposit? Don’t have anything to do with this company. I couldn’t give it zero stars or I would have!

CON ARTISTS

These people are absolute criminals. When you unwittingly purchase something of little value from a FB site, in my case a £7.99 garlic crusher, they set up a system whereby they then take a monthly 'subscription' to some kind of music streaming site, without your knowledge, until you finally notice payments coming out of your account that you were unaware of. Despicable - they need to be closed down, as soon as possible.

Criminal Organisation - manipulative

As all the other complaints against Meloplay, I ordered a Nano scratch product for my car ($14.99USD, double Aussie dollar) received that product and then weeks later found a whole lot of suspicious transactions on my bank account. Dozens of attempts of pending charges by Google Chrome then a succesful $76AUS ($49.99USD) charge.

On contacting Meloplay, telling them I do not remember authorising any additional charges, they firmly stand their ground by saying that I would have agreed to the Terms and Conditions including signing up to their Premium monthly subscription.

They have the balls to reply to any email you send them but are absolutely soulless- taking advantage of the fact that people don't often read Terms and Conditions, fine print or untick a little box that might say Do not subscribe me.

I too have now had to re order a new bank card and am inconveined by not being able to access my funds in the meantime.

I can't even find the link for the original product that I purchased and have managed to hand an additional $76 unwillingly and unknowingly to a criminal.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

I bought a car spray to take away scrapes. I did not buy anything under the name "Meloplay". Like other reviewers, payments have been taken out of my account. How dare this "company " take money from peoples' Accounts. Surely there is some way this scaming can be done away. Other than that the inconvenience of replacing a credit card.

BEWARE SCAM ALERT !!!!

BEWARE SCAM ALERT !!!!
I discovered 5 transactions each over $60 Australian over past 4 months ????? Who is this? An off spin of Temu?
I reported to my bank for investigation. After reading everyone else’s comments I’m not alone.
I’ve had to cancel my bank card and now wait 7-10 business days for new card. Inconvenience. I have a wedding next week. OMG !!
Fingers crossed I get these amounts back.

it is absolutely a scam company

it is absolutely a scam company, don't trust them any more and avoiding being fooled. I ordered a product of Nano coating car spray (100ml) on Jan 2024, it shows 19.99 dollars (let people think is a AUD, but it is hiding in USD), Eventuately it charged in 30.5 AUD, the product arrived but it is no use at all. What's more terrible is Meloplay continue withdraw money of 30.5 AUD on Feb and March 2024 from my credit card without my permission. So I have to cancelled my card and apply a new one, make more trouble for me.

This is a total scam

This is a total scam. I purchased 1 pillow for 14.99 euros which was debited from my card as expected but then I got charged another 49.99 euros by them a week later, for absolutely nothing because I hadn't ordered anything else but the pillow. Luckily I had blocked my debit card due to another SMS fake package delivery notification scam (watch out for those as well!) so they won't be getting any more money from me. These 2 incidents are the only times I have ever been scammed and both happen within days of each other! I don't what's going on in the world today but it looks like some people are so desperate for money they are willing to scam people! I have one word for them, "KARMA"!!

The product arrived but it is useless

The product arrived but it is useless. Meloplay billed my credit card initially, but then billed me again twice over the next month. The last 2 were not authorised and no product was ordered or received. I have disputed the transactions with my bank, but have had to cancel my credit card to prevent more unauthorised deductions. Total scam.

SCAMMERS !This company is untrustworthy and…

This company is untrustworthy and deceitful. Goods did not arrive. They charge a subscription fee which is not clearly stated at the time of ordering, that apparently gives you access to discounts on their range. It cost me an additional $165 nzd to my original $19 order until I raised a dispute with my bank. The bank investigated them and refunded the monies. SCAMMERS!! Beware people

Fslse advertising

Shoes I ordered arrived and looked nice, however, they were not as advertised rhe most "comfortable orthopedic shoes of 2023". Flat hard innersole in no way can be considered as orthopedic shoes. All responses from Meloplay ignore my complaint of false advertising their shoes as orthopedic shoes. Never trust Meloplay in my opinion. I wanted orthopedic shoes as advertised!

Scammers

Would leave no stars if I could. I ordered the 3 bra set and they were poor fitting and most definitely not anti-sag as claimed. They refused refund despite my arguing that bras were not as described. And like many others they also took £49.99 from my credit card. Luckily I spotted this before any further payments were taken and was able to raise a dispute with my credit card company. Scam company with extremely poor customer service. AVOID AVOID
