My device stopped working. will not turn on after a few uses. Not worth $300....

Absolutely great company. Was actually looking for other information which then brought me to this site and figured I'd leave a review. Meloq has been very helpful with answering all questions I had about the Meloq devices, and my experience with them over the last 3 months has been great. We have three clinics where we do outpatient sports physical therapy so their tools definitely help us, especially with post-op ACL rehab patients where we can do objective testing with the EasyForce devices for better objective measurements compared to the standard MMTs. EasyAngle basically replaced all our plastic goniometers. Overall great experience with them, and and their customer service has been great.

Easy angle stopped working within 60 days of purchase. Company is completely unresponsive. I've reached out out to support a dozen times and have never once gotten a response. I liked the product but the companies after purchase support has been terrible. I trainer other clinicians and no longer recommend the product.

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inquire about the status of my recent order, Digital Dynamometer - EasyForce® with order number ORDER #2912. Unfortunately, I am disappointed to report that there were some issues with the order.

Despite placing the order on 1st of February 2023, my order was only dispatched on the 14th of March, which caused a significant delay. Additionally, I received only one Meloq device even though I had ordered and paid for three.

Could you please provide me with an update on when I can expect to receive the remaining Meloq devices? I would appreciate any information you can provide.

Realy good tool. We can use it quickly, simply and it's perfect for my post surgeries or for the screening at the beginning of the season

The Easy angle is a really innovative, compact objective tool that has made goniometry super easy. It charges easily and the battery life was great through the testing process. You are also able to go back and review the last 4 measurements captured which facilitates the data capture process in a testing battery.
We used it for quite a large battery of mobility tests and it made for super efficient time saver.

The easy force is really simple to install and gives you the data you need. You are able to view the force max, the force mean , time of Measurement and time to peak force!

You are able to change the setup quickly to adapt positions for one muscle group to the next.

I highly recommend both devices and thank Meloq for the super service.

This is a wonderful clinical tool. It performs as easily as they show. Super compact and really an asset in the office for quick evaluation. Would buy again hands down.Throw away those old plastic tools. This fits right in my scrubs for quick use.

Easy angle is really helpful to measure even the most difficult and small joints. It is an indépendant device and doesn’t need a smartphone to function!
The easy force is the device I wanted for a long time, easy to use and gives you the data you need: force max, force mean , time of Measurement and time to peak force! Great devices .

The item delivery really caught me off guard; expected a typical 7-10 days however it arrived in 2 days. The operation was simple with visual directions just to make sure my setup was correct. In short, I immediately put the tool to work and look forward to using this measuring wonder to better serve my patients. May purchase a second!!!

Amazing and trustworthy piece of equipment! Expensive but definitely worth it! I use it mainly to measure active and passive ROM of ankles but in the future I will use it to measure more joints! I hope to be able to use it for many years!
