A local company using local staff and working with local people. Nothing is too much bother for Mel and the team. You are always served with a smile and a case full of enthusiasm. Ask a question and they will give you an answer. We have used them for the last few years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Saw a holiday we liked ,messaged Mel,s travel on a Sunday, got a response straight away with a fair price, saw Michelle in shop on the Monday, holiday booked, great service.

We’ve just got back from a 18 night holiday to Thailand. From initially enquiring with the places we wanted to visit, to booking and completing the holiday, everything was perfect. The itinery was perfect, and also had 2 internal flights included. Even when we had an enquiry whilst away regarding a transfer time, the team at Mel’s travel responded to our email within the hour. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

All the girls in the shop are very friendly, helpful, and very professional and I always get a good deal.

Specifically the Ferryhill Mels travel. We booked with Caitlin and it was a 10/10 experience. Trying to book our honeymoon, we were very indecisive and back and forth. Caitlin was so patient, sent us so many different holidays to try help us and provided a lot of info about each holiday, after a million questions from our part and indeciveness we finally booked and couldn't be happier.
