I ordered the knee pads and foot pads and they were too small and not good quality so I am returning them but they make it hard to return and you have to pay postage to the Nederlands. I also bought the shoes and they sent the wrong size so I was lucky that after checking my order they realised their mistake so refund was easier and lucky I didn't have to return those or else postage to Nederlands would be too much to bother. I am sure that's what they rely on, that you don't return cos of postage cost, whereas they sent it free postage they claim so it should be free return postage too for returns.

The shoes I order were such a bad quality. They smelled awful when I opened the box, and it's all plastic. I am going to throw the shoes away.

Ordered an retrospill a week ago and still haven't recieved anything as to when the package will arrive. Tried to email the company but haven't heard anything from them... I'm not even sure if they sent the package or if it will ever arrive. I would recommend you to stay away from them as it is not worth the hassle.
