I did a free trial and cancelled after a few days because it was not what I was expecting and the company charged me a full monthly fee of $119.

I'm trying to reach customer services but its difficult and no one has responded yet.

Why was I charged for a free trial?? No warning, nothing, no email just charged right away.

it's a really great app, but it's all the staff and support that are extraordinary, the tools gain value if there are people to teach them and solve problems. good

Member App in my opinion is very intuitive, quick and functional. I am still missing the localization features and school portal, that would showcase and sell all courses in my school. Then I will be happy to give 5 stars.

I have found Member App to be extremely intuitive and easy to use. It suits my needs perfectly. I would highly recommend this app.

Member App, a great tool for online membership courses, recently added the new Challenges App which is the best quality possibility for doing live and evergreen challenges in a membership format!

The quality of the software, the support of the team, and their openness to suggestions from their customers has opened new doors for me as I teach my online courses. I am looking forward to a long, successful relationship.

Finally an intuitive Challenges app that's also terrific for courses.

I started building out my Challenge instantly - easy to add your custom domain, easy integration with automated emailing tools, easy hookup to Stripe. So it's got it all.

Member App is also amazing for courses. Gamified actions like homework submissions, etc. very cool.

Although I bought this app with good intentions to create some awesome challenges and courses, I am still getting the hang of it. From what I worked on already it’s pretty amazing and I def would recommend this app to others to either start or grow their business.

I've had and used so many different membership platforms over the years, from many of the most well-known companies in the industry, and most, with frustrating results.

Sometimes they promise big things, then never deliver (most frustrating). Others, it's a complicated UI (user interface), terrible UX (user experience - owner and/or member's), often will bandaid solutions to make everything work together. I've seen and experienced much frustration with so many so-called 'membership solutions'... that is until I found Member App.

That's not to say Member App is perfect, they aren't, however, they've kept all of their promises and have developed some AMAZINGNESS! The biggest thing for me and my businesses, are quizzes and gamification, both of which work and don't require you to have a PhD to understand and use.

All that being said, the biggest keys to a great membership platform are; simple designs and layouts, ease of use for both creator and end-user, and ways to keep members engaged and consuming your content - all of which Member App does extremely well.

I am so thankful that I found this program. Over the last few months I have been looking for a software that would make adding courses easy and without all of the fuss. This software is amazing. I have set up the first course and I did that within two days of buying the course. My goal is to put as many programs and courses on this platform. Sam you did a great job with this one. I am a YouTube Content creator and to see this working I am just thankful.

I have been in search of an LMS or a course or a membership platform for years. I've tried a combination of WordPress and a few different plug-ins. They were always clunky with a steep learning curve. I tried other competitor platforms, Which were either clunky or wanted an arm and a leg… Or even to take a cut of your sales.
I am so glad to have discovered MemberApp. Not only is it easy, but it is rich with practical features, and is obvious that the people behind the platform care about its growth and development. Just in the short time that I've used it, which is under a year, I have seen developments and improvements come through in leaps and bounds.

Member App is a powerful, easy to use learning and training platform that anyone can master. The wizard guides you step by step to create your member site with clear instructions and drag-and-drop simplicity. I love the ease in which I can add a custom domain and publish my secure site in seconds. If you really want to take your site to the next level, add the “Plus” feature where Member App will host your videos and provide detail video analytics. Yes, I really use Member App; my first site launched and added 80 members in just over 2 weeks. The feedback system is amazing and the quiz feature provides an opportunity for me to test the user understanding before allowing them to move forward to the next module. Member App will not disappoint.

From its humble beginnings not so long ago, Member App has came along way from its easy to use basic interface to now a (still easy to use but) feature rich offering, aimed at providing a user experience to rival some of the more mainstream competitors.
The development team worked with real users from the first release for over a year and have re created their membership software from the ideas and suggestions of those end users. Being one of those users I personally have seen the software continuously developed and improved.
