Bad Customer Service

Our organization has had a very challenging experience working with MemberClicks and Payroc.
Over a six-week period, we have devoted significant time and organizational resources attempting to resolve ongoing system issues. During this time, members who had paid on time and were in good standing were repeatedly and incorrectly cancelled by the system.
The proposed solution—to ask hundreds of members to restart the enrollment process and submit new forms—places an unreasonable burden on both our organization and our members. While some will complete the process, others may delay or miss the request entirely, creating avoidable membership loss and disruption.
This situation has had a direct operational impact and has not been resolved in a way that reflects the needs of organizations managing large memberships.
Based on this experience, we would strongly encourage organizations to carefully evaluate system reliability, data integrity, and customer support responsiveness before selecting these vendors.
