I’m not a very technical person at all in fact quite the opposite. My Web designer introduced me to member mouse as I needed a member’s area for my online business. I have dealt with Cynthia who has been more than helpful with any enquiries/issues that I have had. I have found the company to be very good and I do trust them with my business 100% which is very important.

I have used MemberMouse for different clients to create coaching membership platforms and on-demand yoga studio content. It is easy to set up and customer service is quick to respond to issues.

Excellent support and great value after 5 years+, and never let me down. We have over 5K members, and member mouse handles it all.

Love membermouse. Have been using them for years. The only issue I have is that its custom so it needs a pro to make big changes.

My site is built around a community model with both free and premium content, and MemberMouse is the backbone that makes it all work. I rely on MemberMouse for every new member signup and for tracking all revenue activity. From a management perspective, the Browse Transactions feature is something I use daily. I especially like being able to filter for Initial Payments, which gives me a quick, accurate snapshot of how new sales are performing.
