Mem Digital recently designed a new website for us (Northampton Hope Centre), we are thrilled with the result. They took on board all the issues we had with our old site and completely understood the brief. The site needed a restructure making it easier for people needing support to find the help they need quickly and easily, they came up with some fantastic ideas to make the new site intuitive and easy to navigate.

We also wanted to implement new ways of using media such as audio clips and video recordings to share stories and volunteer experience, they created bespoke templates and page designs to make this not just look great, but easy to use in the backend.

MEM Digital worked exceptionally hard to get the site right for us and has continued to support us following launch with tutorials and guidance to make sure it's working as we need it. They also worked with us to build our CRM system into the many forms and donations systems that sit behind the site, coding bespoke elements to streamline the donor journey, this has already proved profitable and the site has only been live a few weeks.
