Like it very much... doctor, translator!

Honestly I'm impressed with the conduct of the hospital staff, Drs inclusive. Everybody is doing his/her job and you feel as if you're not even in the hospital environment. The services are swift. Alhamdu Lillah. Keep it up!

My Turkish son in law recommended Memorial hospital specifically the Bahcelivler branch for my operation in cardiology section.
I’m grateful for the whole 5star service I got starting from the doctors to nurses to cleaning workers, the environment, and everything.
The hospital fees are not cheap however it’s reasonable and as expected.

Would like to shere wonderful experience gor my procedures in Memorial Hospital at Istambul.
Especially thankfull to our translater, Muhammet Alioğlu who was with us all way through. He assist us with the transportation, transportation, pharmacy orders and he is absolutely professional and respectful on his line of duties.
Also, would like to thank the ENT doctors name: Melih Çeçik who was able to fix my breathing disfunction due to crooked septum.
And of cpuse thank you the Plastic Surgent: Atilla Eyüboğlu, who assist to restore my confidence with the brest correction.
Defenetly recommend the facility, bcs in USA u cannot find such incredible service for so less money.

I travelled from Ireland to Dr Mehmet Melih Cicek for rhinoplasty in Memorial Bahçelievler Hastanesi. He is amazing I am already loving the results and its not even fully healed yet. Very good at communicating and explaining everything that will happen during surgery and just over all a lovely man. I also had my translater Mohamad Said Kanbar who was so helpful through out the whole process. From checking in on me, to having transfers ready at any time, and organising each day while I was there he has made my experience 10/10. Over all amazing experience with amazing people and if I ever needed any future visits I would definitely be returning to this hospital

I am writing this review personally because my out for this world experience at memorial hospital for a full body reconstruction surgery! I am 29 years old that has lost 90 kilograms and needed to fix my loose hanging skin! My Dr. Evren Tevfik İşçi went above and beyond performing my 8 hour procedure including an Abdominal wall reconstruction surgery, groin lift, 360 tummy tuck, leg lift and chest lift. I could not be happier with the results being the last part of my journey. His cuts were precise and done by a true expert! The Doctor went above and beyond to make sure I was happy as well as the nurses, my translator Mohamad Said Kanbar helping me navigate Istanbul whenever I needed him, and thank you so much the very much beloved Coordinator Dilara Gülyuva that took care of me and every single step and detail of care during my visit to Turkey! I am from Boston with some of the best medical institutions in the world, and in a heart beat I would travel across the world again to receive the care this beautiful and caring hospital has done for me. I had 7 consults from around the world four in Turkey, one in london, two in Boston, and one in LA and I feel blessed to have chosen Memorial Hosptial for the final piece of my weight loss journey. I cannot thank them enough; please if you are considering any surgery request my expert surgeon himself and the coordinator from the hospital they are truly the best of the best! I appreciate doctors who take the time to explain things to the patient and answer questions clearly. I experienced excellent patient-doctor relations.

Zeynep dohan, was very kind, pleasant with a smiley face and welcoming ,she helped us a lot and and was attentive.
It really was a nice experience, I was satisfied and hope to find her again .

Doctor Mustafa Kaplan was very clear in his explataion of test results which I find reassuring.
The technicians were also patient and kind and have a great sense of humour.

Service was provided despite the fact we miss an appointment. Doctor was great.

I had urology check-ups at Memorial Ataşehir. The hospital stood out with an inviting atmosphere and exceptionally polite and helpful staff across all departments, including medics, receptionists, and translators. The presence of helpful translators not only facilitated translations but also aided in navigating the hospital's various departments efficiently. Despite my condition not being fixed because it seemed to be more cosmetic than an illness, the overall experience was positive.

EXCELLENT Hospital, EXCELLENT organization! 🙌 I have to commend Memorial Hospital and their entire organization. I am from Serbia, Belgrade, and I contacted them for a PET scan. I immediately got a contact person who was on the phone with me the whole time, very patiently answered my questions, very quickly found the desired appointment for the recording and very quickly organized my entire stay. Their driver met me at the airport, drove me to the hotel, and on the day of the shoot, came to the hotel again to drive me to the hospital for the scheduled procedure. Right at the entrance to the hospital, I was met by a pleasant colleague who escorted me around the hospital and was with me the whole time. She is available for any additional question, information, helps with the entire paperwork process for the scheduled procedure. The recording took place according to the protocol at the agreed time and in a pre-prepared manner. After that, I got my results very quickly and with further assistance, I was sent back to the hotel. I really have to commend the entire staff at Memorial Hospital who speak fluent English and are very kind, patient and enterprising. I also have to mention that the prices of the services are very affordable and that all the additional engagement around the examination (driving from the airport, to the hospital, as well as the transportation through the hospital) are not charged additionally 👏🫶🏻🤝. It really is a real organization! 🙌 All praise and every recommendation for any type of health services at MEMORIAL HOSPITAL 😊

My husband and I were truly impressed with the caring staff and their service during our IVF procedure.

All the doctors worked together as a team and consulted with each other on a regular basis, which was truly fascinating. That made me feel safe and in good hands at all times.
We were so impressed with their teamwork and organization. Incredible work!

The hospital is in a great condition. The rooms are very clean, the staff extremely friendly, and the food taste like homemade food.

Oykun (the medical consultant) has been the most helpful in facilities both my surgeries. She’s been attentive, patient in every step of the way. It has been an amazing experience working with her and the memorial team.
