Found this company to print my father's Memorial Cards quite by chance online and so glad I did. The design process was very straightforward with plenty of options. They were delivered a week earlier than expected, carefully packaged and exactly as requested and communication was great. Thank you!

The entire process was very straightforward and easy, from the account registration, using the design tool, accessing the online support and using chat to talk real-time to support team right through to ordering and prompt delivery. The quality of the printed cards is very good. When I had an issue with the size of the printed cards the team were happy to accept that it was not my fault and promptly sent out the right size cards at no extra cost which I received the next day. I just want to say a big thank you to Memorial Card Shop. This was my second time ordering, and just like before, I was very happy with everything.

I live in the U.S., and even though there are places here that make memorial cards, I liked being able to make the card myself. It felt more personal and helped me remember my uncle in a special way.

I’m not that great with computers, but the team was very kind and helped me every step of the way. When I got my first set of cards, I noticed I made a mistake on the design. I felt a little foolish for not catching it sooner, but when I reached out, they were understanding.They helped me fix it and sent out the corrected cards right away. They came faster than I expected.

I want to thank the manager for helping me to get the issue resolved and David for helping me on the live chat—even though it was late in the evening in the UK. They both really cared and made sure I was taken care of.

The final cards looked beautiful. My whole family loved them. In a hard time, their kindness and support meant a lot to us.

My experience with this company during an already incredibly difficult time was nothing short of a disaster. I ordered memorial cards for my grandad's funeral, a service that demands care and precision, and was met with shocking incompetence and a complete lack of empathy.

First, the basic order was botched multiple times. After paying an additional £8, I received a package of cards without the necessary envelopes. Worse, I received cards for a completely different deceased person—not just once, but twice. The thought that someone else might have received my grandad's cards is horrifying, and it shows an alarming failure in their quality control processes, especially for such a sensitive product.

Beyond the product errors, the company's customer service, particularly from the general manager “Margaret” , was appalling. Instead of an apology and a swift resolution for their mistakes, I was met with a dismissive tone and an unconscionable ultimatum which was my grandad's funeral cards would only be delivered if I removed a previous review "as good faith."

To hold funeral materials hostage and lack such basic human empathy, especially for a memorial service, is beyond comprehension. Their concern for "costly couriers" and questioning my "claims" about receiving incorrect cards further demonstrates a shocking disregard for customer experience and accountability.

While a staff member named Sarah was helpful, her efforts were completely overshadowed by the systemic issues and the manager's deeply unprofessional and unfeeling conduct. This company failed fundamentally at a moment when families need support and reliability most. I cannot recommend them to literally anyone.

This review has been posted once before but the company got it flagged and removed then said I was a fake person who had never used them before, I have the cards and emails as proof!

This company listens and cares, they really do, especially considering the sensitivity of the subject matter. Adam in particular pulled out all the stops for me and ensured I received my large order within a very tight deadline. I have recommended this company to my church group after using them myself, another lot of memorial cards was delivered yesterday and the lady in question is delighted. These people are very patient as I have difficulty with using computers, the girl on live chat was helping at 9 o’clock at night to ensure everything I did was ok. They even got the courier to deliver straight to the church. Lovely people

Be careful! You select ‘NEXT DAY DELIVERY’ at a charge of £10 but then they tell you that if you want your order next day you also have to select faster production time (which makes no sense to me)

So it may be 3,5,8,12 production days + NDD!

They told me no one has ever queried this before.

Customer service were incredibly rude when I needed assistance with an order. Would never use them again, honestly cannot believe the way they spoke to me considering their product is memorial cards.

Creating a memorial card is always a difficult process but using this website made it as seamless and easy as it could be. Straight forward steps to create the card and to personalise with our own photos and verses. When I had questions about delivery they were answered within a few moments. The cards have arrived, excellent quality and as designed. Arrived quickly too.

The bookmark memorial cards look great. Thanks to the memorial card shop it was easy to design something unique and with meaning for my uncle.
