My son passed away in 2007 and I paid money to have his memorial placed on their site forever. My father-in-law just passed away last Thursday so I was going to make a memorial for him when I wanted to check on my son's and found that it is "NO LONGER LISTED" on their website. I tried to contact "Memory-Of.com" with my name and number on the link that they provide on their site, and I keep getting the message that MY message, can NOT be sent. I even made different emails using different servers thinking that maybe they had a problem with my primary server, but I STILL l get the same message.
it's pretty sad that when you have a loved one who passes away, and you want to make a memory last a lifetime, and you trust a site like this... (which I thought was reputable considering all of the other memorials that are listed)... that they would allow something like this to happen, and not even list a business number in the event that email access can not be obtained. I'm very hurt and angry over this and I will NOT be adding my Father-in-Law to this at all.
