DO NOT order from this site

DO NOT order from this site! They overcharged me..,got the difference back then never received my order…after months! ORDER #31314S19101. A month of back and forth with the company with no answers but a runaround about delivery, contradicting themselves and providing absolutely nonsensical answers. Provide fake USPS information, then say it was a third party delivery service. What a complete joke…you will have to go through PayPal or your CC company to get your money back. Complete waste or time and money!

Do not order with this company

CAUTIOUS PLEASE WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY.

ORDER #8136S71407 Dec 17-24 I was in line browsing when I click on a purchase to find out at the end the charge on my credit card was different then I agreed upon. I immediately cancelled the order in 3 ways. One through sending an email through pay pal, reply back to the order and lastly as the site says to support memoryaisIe but the next morning get an email back from Memoryaisle asking why I wanted to cancel so I explained and requested full refund before sending. They then answer back I think you may still like when you receive. I again said I don’t want and requested cancel and full refund. Then next day they send me an email saying updated on your parcel and sending out. I then email again asking why? They then say well it’s now sent and I am sure you may like it when you get it and change your mind. They will not give refund and I have to go through refusing with my credit card. Very unprofessional customer service and do not get played like I did.
