This service was truly a wonderful experience. The finished product restored from a 60 year old Polaroid photo is fantastic; far better than I had hoped for. In addition, the communication was outstanding! I heard from someone at least once a day! Many Thanks!!

Immediately responded to my request. Have been informative every step of the way. Made me feel that the job they were going to perform for me was as important to them as it was to me. Good old fashioned CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Initially they sent multiple versions of the pictures but I requested a revision and they provided another two with no extra cost. They try to do the right thing. Sometimes it is hard to understand what the client wants. Good job and good price.

I uploaded a crooked scan of a 70 year old color photo that was faded, had black artifacts, and the subject (my mother, father, sister and I at the beach) was off center. The restored photo had been beautifully recolored and had great contrast, the subject was now centered, and all the artifacts were gone. In the restoration process, they supplied beach detail that was not in the original photo in order to center the subject. I couldn't be happier with the result. I would highly recommend MemoryCherish for your photo restoration.

A great company! They do really good work. I had a picture of my deceased father that was impossible to see. They took it and made it look brand new again. I have a priceless memory now to put on my wall.

This company is a jewel. For a reasonable price they have given me an old and favorite photo in great condition. They are quick to respond and willing to redo if necessary.

The work these people can produce from an old photograph is simply amazing! They took one of my favorite black and white pictures of my parents with slightly blurry facial features and both colored it and sharpened the facial features so that it is now my most cherished picture of my parents. The quality of their work can’t be beat. I would encourage anybody to take advantage of the service offered by this small company.

MemoryCherish has exceeded my expectations in every way. I recently entrusted them with restoring some of my precious memories, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
First and foremost, I was amazed by their prompt turnaround time. Despite the delicate nature of the restoration work, they managed to complete the task in a remarkably quick manner. The efficient process ensured that I received my restored photos well within the promised timeframe. Kudos to the team for their professionalism and commitment to meeting deadlines.
The quality of their work truly speaks volumes. The attention to detail and the meticulous restoration process they employed brought my faded and damaged photos back to life. The restored images evoke a sense of nostalgia, and I find myself transported back in time, reliving those cherished moments. The colors are so vibrant, the clarity is remarkable, and the overall transformation is nothing short of remarkable.
Throughout my interaction with MemoryCherish, their customer service has been exemplary. The staff was patient, understanding, and attentive to my needs. They promptly addressed all my queries and concerns, ensuring that I felt valued as a customer. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.
I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to the entire team at MemoryCherish for their dedication to preserving photos. They have breathed new life into my old photographs, enabling me to share and enjoy them with my loved ones for years to come.

I'm very concerned that MemoryCherish…
I'm very concerned that MemoryCherish advertises 3-5 day turnaround. I placed and paid for a 4x6 restoration for $72.00 on 2/8/23. They charged me immediately. Two weeks later when I hadn't received the restoration or a reply to my inquiry I wrote to cancel. No reply What's up with this company? They don't even have a phone number you can call! No reputable!

So in general this company does decent work if all you want to do is just show off a shiny photograph that kind of looks like new-ish. They delivered the work timely however it did not meet my expectations nor were they able to honor any requests after 3 attempted revisions. I'm especially disappointed after I paid extra to have their most experienced artist work on it. *Note if you can afford it, pay for the unlimited revisions offer during checkout. Everyone's experience will be different dependent on which artist is working on your photo, so you might need revisions.
Regarding the photograph:
1) There were missed items that should be blatantly obvious to anyone who has any experience doing photo restoration. Missed defects, scratches, dust that kind of thing in really obvious areas. This tells me the artist that worked on my photo probably rushed it and and wasn't paying much attention.
2) The artist that worked on my photo didn't do a very good job with edges in repaired areas. They're overly blurry and more care could have been done to avoid that using the proper tools.
3) The artist went way overboard on tools that add shine and depth to subjects. So much to the point that everyone looks fake and the scene looks nothing like what it should. No photo from 1960s looked like what was produced. This part is something that can vary a lot between artists (assuming they're not using AI).
4) The part that really bugs me is the file format they insist on sending. It is like trying to drag a cat through a river to get the raw files (still don't have them). The first delivery was a highly compressed JPG file. It scares me that they even thought that would be an acceptable thing. The second revision they gave me a PNG file that was OK but I have my suspicions about what source file they used. The third revision was back to being a compressed JPG file.
I sent them a super high quality, lossless TIFF file with 600 ppi for digital archiving. I was hoping I'd get the same quality back for future post processing and archival purposes on my side of things. Sadly, they couldn't deliver this.
So while I would recommend them for basic photo touchups and making things look fancy if that is all you need, I would not recommend them if you need something for archival purposes and want to stay true to the original as much as possible.
MemoryCherish is great at communicating with customers and being timely with their work. I'm awaiting the results of an additional revision so hopefully it'll turn out better.

The work these people do is mind blowing. I took a snapshot of my mom’s black and white yearbook picture and these geniuses restored the color and detail down to the very last pixel in full HD. Please give these people a chance with your pics …you will not be disappointed I promise‼️

They did an awesome job restoring an old photo and all within about 48 hours. The customer service was excellent as they sent periodic emails to let me know where they were in the process. Price was very reasonable compared to other restoration agencies. I would highly recommend this company!

When I started to research to have an old family photo restored I found this company and I am so glad I did. They kept you updated on an ongoing basis and had introductory video. They did everything perfect. When I got the first copy of the restoration (I also had it colored since it was in black & White) I was amazed at the transformation they did. It brought the photo to life! It was beautiful. I had 2 others done after that since they did a great job. I would recommend this company to any one who wants to have an old photo restored. Since I had 3 photos restored I used today's date as the experience as I was not able to put all 3 dates.

The difference in my photo is amazing! It’s beautiful! The customer service is excellent, and a quick turn around as well.

They did an exceptional job on the restoration of some very degraded photos! I will definitely use them again.
My only complaint is that there was no communication about the status of my order even after a couple inquiries were sent requesting the status.
Again, this is my only complaint. I am very happy with the photos that were restored.
Thanks for bringing those photos back to life!

Wow, I sent them a photo from the 1950's of my dad fishing and they restored it beautifully. I could not be more happy.
Rest in peace dad, I love you. This means the world to me

I sent an old photos from the 60s that was printed with the dots like a newspaper photo. I ordered one 5x7 and one 8x10 print. The results were outstanding. There was absolutely no degradation due to enlarging. Thanks for getting these perfect.
Now they are truly memories to cherish!

Oh how the mood swiftly turned with this company. The customer service and response time was brilliant whilst I ensured they could actually do the job they advertised they could do. Before paying I send photos and a description asking if this was possible. Absolutely they said!!! We can restore this "perfectly" so I pay....I get them back 2 days later....what an absolute joke we look like aliens in the image. Totally warped ans filtered beyond recognition. Which I might add I highlighted was exaty what I did not want to happen as I have this technology at home and can make a pigs ear out of it myself hence the need for a "professional". I complained and they said we can redo it and to send more photos as facial references...so I did. I'm still waiting over 2 weeks later despite saying 72 hours. And They are not responding to my emails, and have not delivered the service or returned my money. I am now raising a dispute with PayPal and contacting the ombudsman for online retail services. It may not be alot of money for some people but to me that was alot and I have been left with no gift and no excess funds to buy a new one.
Don't waste your time or money. I am so upset and stressed by this.

I cannot even say enough good things about MemoryCherish! They are amazing!!!
My husband’s great Uncle passed away this year and this man was like a second Father to my husband.
There was an old photo of his great uncle that was pretty beat up with creases, missing edges etc. But it meant so much to my husband. I decided to have it restored for Christmas as a surprise.
The final result from MemoryCherish was perfect! It was SO much more than I had hoped for and I cannot wait until my husband sees it!! He is going to be overwhelmed.
The absolute quality and speed of the process amazed me.
The examples on the website are not just the best of the best for advertising. …..these are really their results!! Perfect quality!!!!
Thank you so, SO much MC!!
