I understand why the reputable company who I bought this through refunded me so fast!

After reading all of these reviews, I understand why the reputable company through which I bought the supplement after seeing that the same video everybody else saw. Rather than buying it through the video I googled who else that I knew was selling it and bought it through another supplement company. I reached out to them with my concerns and without asking for the product back or anything they just immediately refunded my money and I thought that was interesting but just really good service. Now I see that they had apparently been suckered into carrying the product! That’s so funny because we all get taken sometimes and I’m not sure how they got this company to carry it, but I’m glad that they were responsible and refunded my money.I am glad I have learned from losing hundreds of dollars+ to purchase though reputable companies!

FRAUD ALERT!

The company is a fraud. I was lured in by a fake AI presentation by Dr Ben Carson and comments by Sanjay Gupta. I immediately tried to cancel my order without success. Who ever produced the add should go to jail! I haven't tried the product. How could I put anything in my body from such a fraudulent source? I am working with my credit card company to cancel the charges!

Did Not Work, Had To Fight For Refund, Going Back to FOCUS Factor!

I was interested in something that might work better than my tried-and-true FOCUS Factor. I bought the slick infomercial hype and thought I would give it a try. The purchase process sent me through ever spiraling upselling offers with no way to back out. Before I knew it, I'd managed to purchase a 6 mo. supply. I was pissed but thought I would give it a try, and if not better, I would get the full refund they stated. I followed the directions for 2 months and my memory was slipping backwards. So I gave up and went for a refund. The Customer Service was very shady. Sounded like a Phillipine sweatshop. The agent didn't indentify herself or the company. I said I was calling the number on my Memory Lift order to request a full refund. Then she starts offering me 30% off, then 50% off, then70% off, I had to stop her and say I would only accept 100% off for their product that did not work. Then she said "Fine... I will refund you 50% now, and 50% after you return the product. I said "Nope! Either you refund 100% now, or I will charge back through my bank". I said those were not the refund terms I was given upon purchase. She tried to argue but I did no budge. She talked to her Supervisor, and tried the 50% refund now offer, but I said no. 100% now, or I charge back. Finally, she acquiesced and gave me the full refund. And Monday I will return the product. But what a pain! And for a useless product. Try FOCUS Factor. It really works and I only need 1/2 the daily dose. Live and learn...

The advertisement is a fake

The advertisement is a fake! The product is a fake!
Ones you purchase it, there is no info customer service, or any other info on provider. It’s useless to try to contact them, as they SO NOT respond!!!
Biggest mistake I made for a while.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FOR THEM!!!

FRAUDULENT PRESENTATION

I purchased a 6 month supply after watching a lengthy presentation by Dr Sanjay Gupta . Turns out the Gupta video was AI generated and was a complete fraud. I was outraged and offended that I was scammed by fraudulent means. This is criminal and the company should be prosecuted. Company spokesman said they are not involved in marketing. I did get a refund but they did not cover an open bottle I had started and made me pay for postage to return product. Company's like this should not be allowed to exist.

Purchase 6 bottles

Purchase 6 bottles. Have only used 1 bottle as it gives me an upset stomach. I emailed yesterday, no response yet requesting a full refund as I am still in the 60 day guarantee period.

Live your life.

If a significant number of people are experiencing memory loss, it raises the question of how they are expected to respond accurately to a review request. In my view, the issue lies with the medication itself, as it did not work as intended for me.

That said, I believe it’s important to focus on living well and maintaining a positive outlook.

Memory Lift didn’t work for me at all.
I purchased 3 pack for $170.00 after a month I was taking them as instructed and didn’t work I contacted the company to return them, they offered 20% money back but I refused and settled it for 40% back, I keep taking them just hoping it worked, but unfortunately it didn’t.
