Mencarb 

I ordered three shirts from Mancarb and I received the products today. All of them are the wrong size and style. I kept the previous email and tried to ask about a refund or to have the correct shirts sent to me. No response. What a waste of money and time. Don't order from these people!

DON'T GIVE MENCARB YOUR MONEY!

I ordered a shirt/jacket as a Christmas gift on the 17th November... It did not arrive on time despite an e-mail saying it would be shipped within 3 says and I would receive it within a week. I kept getting flimsy emails saying I'll get it 'soon'.

The product finally arrived on 31st Dec ... It was made from thin, cheap material and even though I ordered a size larger, the shirt was still too small. I then started the arduous task of getting a refund !

Had to pay £17.80 to have it sent back, a total of 23 emails back and forth , and after 2½ month I finally received a refund ! Although they took $5.99 out of the refund for 'corresponding shipping cost' to which they couldn't explain to me what that was for considering I paid for it to be shipped back !

Absolute joke... Save your money, time and sanity ! Hope this post helps someone x

I buyed 2 flanels shirts for a total of $ 105 (arrived after 5 weeks of wait and a reminder email!).
Shirts seems beautiful in pictures but when they arrived the colors are much more yellowed and sad...
The quality of the fabrics is not bad, but on the website they have a cool Canadian look, in reality once you wear them you look like a poor country Chinese...

I asked for return items and total refund.
This was the answer: "Dear customer,

As we are located in China, the products you wish to return could be shipped to us in China. Please note that as per our return policy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Full details of the return policy could be found below:

Alternatively, we could offer a refund of $ 25 without the hassle and cost of shipping the returned products to us.

Shipping the goods back costs me € 28. I don't know whether to do it or accept the refund, however, leave this website alone ... the photos are really misleading.

Product I received was not how it was described and was of poor quality. When I tried to return it, they claim they are located in CHINA even though shipping return address said Los
Angeles. Shipping costs to China are more than the item. They don't disclose in the return policy they are located in China. This is a scam!

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT!! I NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCTS AND THEY CHARGED ME! IVE ALREADY CONTACTED MY LAWYER AND WILL MAKE SURE THIS COMPANY IS SHUT DOWN

Horrible product. XLs were incredibly too small, material was horrible and the buttons on one of the flannels sewn on the opposite side, intended for a lady. Stay away from these people.

Their products don't look anything like the pictures. It's not clear in the return policy but you have to pay return shipping fees to China. Stay away.
