AwwI've been ordering from you for years, and it's really disappointing to say that this is the second time my product has arrived missing. I reported the issue as soon as I received the product and tried to contact customer service, but no one seemed to listen. It took a month for you to send a replacement, and even then, there was no compensation or apology. Despite this, you're still providing such poor service. I'm extremely dissatisfied and wouldn't recommend your service to anyone 😕.
