A brilliant service that menopause care offer. The time for the appointment is brilliant as your story is listened to, and then a plan laid out (with back ups of things don’t quite go to plan!). Wor... See more

Engaged, informed and active listening specialist menopause care doctors. I had a brilliant first appointment and my doctor really listened to all my symptoms and struggles and offered compassion, deep understanding and we laughed it off how rubbish it can feel!
She also asked me “what do you think might help you?” which was very empowering and it felt like a joint decision together on my care. I would 100% recommend menopause care and their doctors - just brilliant.
A very professional and knowledgable service. Alison is very friendly, helpful and informative.
I feel really valued and heard, whether this is talking in-person at my virtual appointments or when I ask questions / book appointments by email. The responses are always prompt, which is a significant positive aspect - just knowing you’re not going to be waiting around long for replies.
great care and things get sorted! worth paying monthly for this...
Overjoyed with the service I’ve received so far after being pooh-poohed by the NHS. I have spoken to both Dr Alice Oldroyd and Jane James, a menopause mentor. Both have offered compassion, bespoke care and have truly listened to me. I definitely recommend the All In One Care Plan so you can reap the benefits of speaking to Jane! - she is so helpful & offers true insight and empathy, which has been super valuable to me as somebody who doesn’t know many people personally going through the same thing. All in all, a wonderful provider.
Great communication. Easy to book consultation and blood tests at a date and time that was convenient for me. Honest, kind and empathetic consultation with a doctor who was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Really felt listened to. Medication arrived seamlessly.
Received a lovely reassuring email from one of the doctors, within 24 hours of sending my email. I have had a really terrible time over the last 3 weeks with fluctuating hormones and horrible symptoms.
Informative and non pressured conversation around symptoms & symptom management. An open space for discussion that felt supportive.
Excellent menopause care — the consultation was thorough, informative, and genuinely supportive. Dr Molly Anderson was easy to talk to, explained everything clearly, and really listened. I felt completely understood and cared for. I’ve already recommended this service to other women going through the same stage.
Very impressed with my consultation with Dr Kate Lethaby. A warm, knowledgeable and supportive Dr who really listened to my previous poor absorption, as well as the annoying symptoms which remain.
It was the first time anyone has asked me what I hoped to gain from the appointment, and I could tell that she had a genuinely passion to support women. I’ve been under three clinics since my symptoms became challenging and this is by far the best!
I received an individual plan for my new HRT routine, with clear instructions for dose, and a referral to a women’s health physio, I felt able to be really honest and open, which is reassuring, and I am so pleased that I am being supported and looked after so well; thank you!
After having a disappointing conversation with my GP who is very clearly anti HRT I decided I would look further into available options and came across Menopause care. I carefully chose my clinician based on their area of expertise and my most troubling symptoms.
My consultation was a breath of fresh air. I am a health care professional so have some knowledge ( menopause is not my area of expertise) and felt listened to and understood.
I started my treatment full of hope but also aware that things might not be straightforward.
After 4 weeks of troubling headaches I had a migraine event. This left me laid in a dark room not able to work on the Monday. I messaged the clinic and explained the situation on the Tuesday . By the Friday I had heard nothing. That day I woke up after a restless night and burst into tears, no obvious reason for this other than hormonal chaos. I had a strong feeling that I disliked my lovely husband and when he saw me that morning and asked what was wrong and what he could do I told him as lovely as he is I’d really quite like to get rid of him. Thankfully he saw the funny side. I knew my thoughts were totally irrational and then for a fleeting moment actually wondered if it would be better if I jumped off a bridge and left him in peace. I voiced this out loud and again thankfully he said all the right things and asked me calmly what I thought I might do. We agreed it was at that point safer for me to stop the HRT. The following Tuesday I received a message from the clinic in response to my e mail about the migraine event and was advised to consider increasing the oestrogen. I replied explaining the worrying events of the Friday and explained that I stopped the HRT. It was suggested this was progesterone intolerance and to see how I got on and get in touch if I wanted to discuss other options.
I am writing this review 2 months down the line as l really wanted to be balanced on how I addressed this. As I am typing my husband has walked in and asked me what I am doing. I explained I am writing a review as I actually feel more broken than when I started as I really don’t know where to turn now and how to try and feel half way human again. He’s summed it beautifully ( I am so lucky and grateful to have such wonderful support) saying he senses my struggles are now greater because I had hope before but after waiting a week for support when I felt so ill and scarily unbalanced I am now apprehensive about seeking any further help.
I don’t write this review lightly but feel it important that clients are aware of the pitfalls of private care.

Great service. Attentive and helpful doctor. Very professional and thorough. Highly recommend if you wish to dig deeper or if you are worried about anything hormone related. Women deserve the best case and that is what you will get here. Thank you.
Chating with Jane was a breath of fresh air. What an amazing free addition to my Care package from Menopause Care!
Being on holiday for the first time since starting my HRT and with my perimenopause symptoms playing up, i was unsure if I was taking my HRT correctly, and I needed to chat to a friendly ear. I made an appointment with Jane. Gosh, what a fantastic person!!!
She listened, made me laugh, reassured me, gave some great tips and advice on my medication and made me feel like a friend holding my hand. Exactly what I needed at that time. I felt so privileged to be with Menopause Care and to have access to someone as fantastic as Jane to be able to talk to. All my friends and family have had a very smooth transition through their perimenopause and don't really understand. I will be booking another appointment to speak to Jane....she makes me feel less alone in this journey xx
Superb service, personalised care - highly recommended. If in doubt, book, you won’t be disappointed.
It was wonderful to seek sound professional advice with warmth and compassion. It has been an emotional and rather challenging phase of life and I am very happy that I came to meet Dr. Eloise Elphinstone at the clinic.
She heard me out and carefully worked out a treatment plan , offering thoughtful suggestions and options, enabling me to be actively involved whilst feeling safe and supported. Thank you Doctor and the entire team at Menopause Care.
The poor organisation is staggering. I paid close to £400 for my prescription and they delivered it to a different address from my previous prescription. Because of the problem with this service I engaged 3weeks prior as I am travelling. Now I face having no HRT during a long trip. Be willing to micro manage these people at your own huge expense.

Earlier this week I had a mentoring session with Jane, she is a ray of sunshine, support and care, all in one! The mentoring sessions are a great service to have access to with Menopause Care. I really felt at ease and understood. I appreciated Jane listening to my concerns, it was like talking with a friend. I came away from the session feeling so much better, so a big thank you to Jane.
Although on reflection my GP had been doing an excellent job with my medication I wanted a second opinion after years of trying different medications and two hysteroscopys.
It was such a helpful initial appointment. I felt heard and understood and it was so refreshing to talk to someone that actually understood what I was going through. I highly recommend
I am so pleased I made that initial phone call to menopause care earlier this year, everyone I have spoken to has been professional and caring. The Dr is so understanding and reassuring. I haven’t got lots of money, but for me the service so far has been worth every penny.
