Wrong ring sent from drop shipper

We ordered from a different site, and through not receiving the correct ring and obviously seeing that it's a drop shipper they started referencing this site. So this and Gentbands are both drop shippers that cannot provide the rings they represent on their site.

Total nightmare

Total nightmare. They are based in China! Total scams, never go our wedding ring.

We ending up going with Tungsten Fashions - who is based in Boston, got our ring for a fraction of the cost and could actually call and speak to someone.

Scam company

Scam company. After ordering a ring, I received a "confirmation email" with tracking info that immediately raised red flags. No tracking info, links are sketchy, and when I reached out to "customer service" it went nowhere. Upon a little more digging I have discovered this company will take your money then not send product, and if you push customer service hard enough to actually send something, it will be a cheap metal that you didn't order. I have opened a scammer claim with my bank against this company. Do not use this site.

In January 2023 I ordered a ring and…

In January 2023 I ordered a ring and yes a "ring" came in 5 months later after battling with customer service, and it was an absolute scam what they gave me and they tried to pretend it was what I ordered. I ordered damascus steel and they gave me a fake piece of metal with a design printed on it that I could literally scratch off with a pen, when I wrote back they tried telling me it was indeed what I ordered. I also tried leaving a review on their website and it wont let me and they wont issue me a proper refund. My credit card company had to give me a refund and are investigating their company now. They also say they work with artisans in america but are completely based in China. Just save your time and don't do it, wouldnt want to ruin your perfect day & ring with this awful experience. It’s been 6 months and I’m still fighting with them about the refund.

Scam company beware

Never got my ring, paid for 2-3 day expedited shipping because of my wedding I needed it by a certain date, when I never got shipping confirmation they said it was delayed because i asked for engraving, that was never indicated on the site that that would delay shipping, then I asked for a refund of the expedited shipping I paid for and they said it would be shipped in 3 days, Almost a week later, no shipping confirmation and no ring, then I found on another scam website the same stories, people never got their rings or were shipped an empty box etc. I got scammed and now my wedding is ruined because of this scam company, beware!!
