I ordered an item 11 days ago, the website shows order still "processing", item not dispatched, no communication from seller aside from automated emails, I sent an email but no reply. I have requested a refund from PayPal.
There was a glitch in the system that prolonged the shipping, but such things happens. They sent my order after discovering it, and with something to compensate for the wait. The communication was nice ❤️ I bet the system error was just a one time thing, so I'd absolutely recommend to buy from them, and I would do it again myself if I need more from this shop (which btw has lots of options to choose from, so there's a great variety of products, too!). I leave 5 star, based on customer service! ❤️
