We have been waiting for our order for 2 and a half months.
We ordered a winter jacket and hat in september and we haven't gotten our order yet. We have reached out many times, at first they answered and said that the jacket was out of stock and a new batch was gonna be sent in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks we sent an email and didn't get a reply.
