Fast Helpful Customer Service - Big recommend
Had some issues with a product and they took this up with the original manufacturer resulting in a replacement product provided quickly despite the added challenge of the product having been discontinued.
This was done with quick, clear, friendly communication and instruction.

Great online and in-store experience!
Was delighted to find a long-since discontinued item that I’d been looking for on their website. Ordering was quick and simple, and I chose to collect my order from their Windsor store (where I also had a lovely chat with Tom, the owner!).
Would happily buy from again!

Great Service !
I had my eye on a specific pair of Ralph Lauren swim shorts, but I couldn’t find them anywhere.
Menswear online was the only place I could find them in my size, everywhere else had sold out.
Once ordered, I swiftly received an email from Tom to say they had been dispatched, but there was a problem with the address on the parcel, so they got sent back to the retailer.
So that I didn’t have to wait for another delivery, Tom himself drove the parcel to my home address…Couldn’t ask for a better service, with a personal touch. 👏🏻
