Very poor communication. Went way over budget on one task without letting us know. They didn't do any testing which resulted in more hours fixing many small issues and glitches. Did not follow discussed mockup. Gave us a 3-week timeframe and it ended up taking 3 months without anyone providing a new timeframe or even acknowledging they were way past the deadline. Delivered an unfinished product and was rude during the entire process. The project ended without a word from them, we are now using a different developer to finish the job.
