I took the package with the "Scrum, "Prince2" and "Agile Project Management" courses. If you are busy, organized and would like to do this on the side of your other activities, do not want to drive to another location for taking the courses, this is a very good option. The courses are available for the whole year, which is handy for including this into your everyday. If you would like to be hand-held, and be able to dive in the topic in a face-to face collaboration with the tutor, this is not your option. I communicated with the course provider by email, the reply time is not always immediate, but ultimately they met all my needs and answered the requests. In the Prince2 course there were some hiccups in the pre-exam test where the correct answers didn't makes sense to me, and I sent that feedback to Mentorix. I hope they looked into it.

I recently took the ITIL 4 course. I appreciated how well it was structured. The material was easy to understand, and Mentorix’s support was always helpful and kind whenever needed. Highly recommended!

The scrum master online course was very good. The teacher' explanation was also very good. The customer service was friendly and ready to answer all questions.
